    I don't really have a problem with it, although it bugged me at first. It almost seemed like Wolf was trying to "bully" Lucroy. This might also be good for Lucroy, in that he doesn't have to put up with Wolf's histrionics, and that his days off are regular and scheduled.

    BF.Net is maddeningly slow for me today. No trouble with any other sites at all, just this one.

    I believe Macha would have won more with the current team than he did with the team he was given; however, I don't think he would win as much with this team as RR is. Tony Plush alone would have made Macha's head explode.

    I saw a second view and he missed his arm by a foot. The first angle just looks like he got his arm. Not that it matters.

    This is the main reason I think a catcher, whenever possible, should avoid 'swipe' tags. I agree wholeheartedly and thought the same thing when I watched the video. Had the catcher just planted the glove in front of the runner and held it there there's no way the ump could have blown that call. Too much showmanship, not enough fundamentals.

    I remember seeing her lowering her shirt off of her shoulders like in the 80's. I really miss the 80's, big hair be damned.

    Wolf made my list tonight. First inning, George went out to the mound, and Wolf looked like he was all pissy about it. He seemed to carry on that demeanor for the rest of the game and it just annoyed me to no end. Did anyone else get the same vibe?

    I like to think this Karma, repaying the Crew for the compensatory screwing they got when they lost Sheets and Sabathia. Ask a baseball guy about anything and they say "it all evens out in the end."
