Granted, it's a little late in the year, but I expect it to be around next year At any time you can text a teams name to MLBGO (65246) and within a couple seconds get the score, who's pitching, who's batting, and the count. If the game is over, it will have the final and next game info. I have been using it to follow the Twins and Tigers. It will accept "Tribe" as a team but not "Expos" "Metropolitans" or "Natinals"

Given how almost everything could change, that is why I am having it so early. I want the wild picks to be the important ones, not everyone having the same 1-20 and filling in the rest. -
Pick your 2010 opening day Milwaukee Brewers 25 man roster, and rank them on how sure you are of your pick. -Points will be awarded for each pick you get right and how they are ranked by you. -25 points if you get your 1st pick right, 24 for 2nd, 23 for 3rd, all the way down. -Points will still be awarded if your pick is on the 15 day DL. -10 bonus points each on picking if Macha is back and if Melvin is back. -15 bonus points if you have a player right that is not currently in the organization and you have them ranked in your top 10, 10 bonus points if you have them ranked 11-25. -I will give some shirts or something to the winner, maybe top 3 or 5 even, don't really know yet, do people want to kick in other prizes? -All contest entries must be posted by the last pitch of the October 4th game vs. the Cardinals. -Contest ends at noon April 5th 2010 with the roster as posted on www.brewers.com Does this all make sense? Sound like a good contest?

That sounds more like steamer to me? Wouldn't you put wet/damp wood chunks above the charcoal to smolder? All I really know about smoking is that it takes a while, and the wood has to be monitored and replaced throughout.

I am surprised by most of what you wrote, seriously. I'm glad I've seen it, and seen a game there, but, I'm no hurry to get back. Not that they ever would, or need to, but I think they should tear down everything but the bleachers and rebuild. All the "history" of the ballpark is in the ivy, scoreboard, and rooftops which would stay. I don't think there should be too much of a stink if they tear down the grandstands and rebuild.

My friend Troy's basement. No seriously, I know BW3's on S. 27th started carrying at least the bigger ones, I think Romine's would do the same by now. BW3s would be your best bet, call around first though.

I really like the home exhibition games. Nothing in writing says April 23-25 are "marquee" vs. the Cubs but they are "marquee" on the printable calender. ????

Of all fruit to candy transitions, "banana" flavored things have to be the worse. Cherry doesn't taste like cherry, but I like it ok. I love tomatoes now, but haven't come around on mushrooms yet, but I seem to only have nasty run of the mill mushrooms. I should really explore portabellas and such. There are hundreds of tomato varieties, and store bought ones tend to be pretty lacking. I love just splitting roma tomatoes and sprinkling with parmesan or romano cheese for a snack. -

I am almost embarrassed by this having worked in a produce department for 3+ years. As a kid I did not like maraschino cherries, still don't for that matter, but I thought all red cherries were maraschino, like it was a species or variety of cherry. Working in produce I developed a fondness for Queen Ann and Rainer cherries, but would not eat a red (Bing) cherry. It took a tv show I saw to tell me that you have to "make" maraschino cherries. I now sit here typing this, enjoying fresh and tasty red Bing cherries. Every now and again I will buy a jar of maraschino cherries, pour out the syrup, replace it with Maker's Mark and put it in the fridge for 6 months or so. Good to eat and drink whats inside of there, mmmmmm.

I don't think I should be as astounded as I am by this given current technology, but they took a shot of Jupiter during the game, and you could tell it was Jupiter. MLB network was showing it during Quick Pitch, I don't know where else you might see it, but, I think it was so freaking cool.

Went there as a kid and really liked it. Balboa park is cool, and the pipe organ area has been used in quite a few movies. Went to the zoo but really didn't have enough time to spend there to really get a grasp of it.

My jobs and hobbies kinda of interlcace. T shirt design and printing, videography, video editing, graphic design. What hobby would I want? Fixing and collecting old cars, but I don't have time, space, or know how.

A few people I know who went to Jamaica are quite enamored with Sangster's Rum Cream. I was set to buy my allowed 3 liters but when Air Jamaica delays your flight for 7 hours, all the duty free stores are closed at the airport when you finally get there. As far as I am aware, and based on what they said, it is not available in the US, but that doesn't make much sense to me. I heard a rumor you can get it in Canada, Toronto specifically. There are a few websites that say they have it, but it is usually out of stock, or, is ordered and the wrong stuff comes (Red Pepper Mall). It has to be the rum cream. So, if people can keep an eye out in their local liquor store, Canada, or otherwise, let me know. Thanks.
