  1. You don't necessarily need an mlb.tv account to listen to game audio on your phone...just the MLB At Bat 12 app, which is $14.99
  2. Out of curiosity, where does the nickname Sea Bass come from, if anybody knows? He doesn't look much like Cam Neely. I guess his former teammates in Florida gave him the nickname because he looks like a sea bass. Maybe one of the GIF masters on here can hook us up with some evidence...
  3. Not sure if he's above average, but I didn't really mean it in that way. In my head I know he will most likely catch said pop ups, its just he always looks somewhat uncomfortable/skakey/sloppy on them. He uses a tiny glove and always catches them with one hand, usually with a lot of ball showing.
  4. For me, it's nerve-wracking to watch Rickie run hard to first - after watching his ankle sprain live last summer. Yes, that too. He's already had a couple of instances where he stretched on his last stride to reach the bag, similar to the way he did when he was injured.
  5. Nothing makes me more nervous that watching Weeks catching pop ups
  6. I like Ramirez's approach yesterday and today. I think he's going to heat up
  7. What? A run in the 1st inning?! Nice piece of hitting Braun!
  8. Interesting, to say the least... http://m.jsonline.com/more/sports/blogs/brewers/148599485.htm
  9. Of course not. I can go after the way they solicit donations though, if that's who she's collecting money for. There should be a designated area for this type of thing. Of course there's a designated area for ticket resellers too but we all know how strictly that's followed. I'm not saying its the best way to go about requesting donations, and it can get a little tired if you tailgate a lot, but its for a good cause so I'm not about to rag on it or lump them in with the people described in the OP. And at least in my experience, as long as you listen to what they are saying past their little schtick, they always identify themselves and let you know they are collecting donations for the Hunger Task Force, which is located near MP. To say something negative about an organization like that is just in poor taste IMO.
  10. Thanks for the link...great read. I think Marcum is underated
  11. With the mlb.tv package I have you can do this. Not sure if you can if you get just the audio package...
  12. The Hunger Task Force is "the party police". Its just their icebreaker for getting donations
  13. "It's really no more offensive than all the other crap that goes on in the parking lot that the Brewers don't put a stop to. Like that lady and her stupid little stickers..."pardon me I see you have an open container", "excuse me you're not partying hard enough." Go away." Yeah, that awful lady that volunteers her time accepting donations for the Milwaukee Hunger Task Force so less fortunate people can eat. Yeah she's terrible. I know this isn't directly related to the OP, but c'mon. I see no parallel here.
  14. Same here. This year I have the mlb.tv premium package, but in previous years I just bought the MLB At Bat app for my phone for $14.99 for the whole season and you get home and away audio feed for every game. Its great (but upgrading this year to the full mlb.tv premium package has been ever better!)
  15. Thought this might interest some here... http://www.jsonline.com/entertainment/dining/milwaukee-craft-beer-restaurant-food-menu-pairings-148110915.html
  16. This team is pretty tough to watch right now. And I agree the Roenicke needs to not be Mr Nice Guy all the time. This team needs a spark and that was a good opportunity. Gamel clearly had a strong argument
  17. That was pretty pathetic by the meat of our order (Ramirez had a good swing)
