  1. C'mon guys - let's start a nice home winning streak today! I will be in attendance friday and saturday (my bachelor party) and I would love to see us at .500 at the end of this home stand. That's not asking too much, is it? It's not like we have to face Halladay or anything...
  2. And coincidentally in his last at bat with us down 7 he was swinging for an 8 run HR with nobody on base
  3. Given the options I don't have a problem with the line up but to each their own. That was embarrassing Inglett
  4. So say you move McGehee to 3rd and move Edmonds to 5th, you'd have Weeks, Gerut, McG, Fielder, Edmonds, Zaun, Hart, Escobar, Bush. So you still have 3 lefties stacked. You can't set the line up in this situation for what might happen later versus a reliever. You have to set it for what lines up best against the guy that will most likely be in there for 5 or more innings
  5. Good at bats in that inning. If Escy's ball would have only found a hole...
  6. Not a ton of options with Braun out and Gomez on the DL and Inglett, Counsell, and Stern being lefties. If you hit Escobar 2nd you have 2 of your 4 right handed hitters (not including the pitcher) batting 1, 2...
  7. Totally. This may seem strange with all the blown games late and now with this game not all that close, but for me this has been the most frustrating game of the year to this point.
  8. Gotcha. Just seems like one of those games where every little bounce is going the Braves way and none of them are going the Brewers way. I was disappointed in all of it
  9. Okay seriously - Brian Anderson could not judge a fly ball if his life depended upon it. You could tell the second Rickie hit that ball it was nothing but routine
  10. Man its frustrating to put on that many base runners against a quality pitcher like Hudson and basically have nothing to show for it. Sorry to reiterate, just really cheesed right now...
  11. Brewers have had 11 base runners in 5 innings and have 1 run...thats hard to do
  12. No more letting him off the hook. He's not sharp. Make him pay!
  13. He'd make a nice scarecrow. How many times are we going to let Hudson off the hook?!
  14. I was more referring to his pitch selection and the end of the play. No need to condescend
  15. Braves 2B Martin Prado RF Jason Heyward 3B Chipper Jones C Brian McCann 1B Troy Glaus LF Eric Hinske SS Omar Infante CF Nate McLouth RHP Tim Hudson
  16. Davis gave up 3 hits in nearly 6 innings of work. I'm not placing this one on him. Gotta tip your hat to Hanson...our defense, not so much.
  17. I've seen nothing to suggest this invader
