    Today may have been the nail in the coffin for me this season. I watched that whole game and it was just heartbreaking. I think "kick in the junk" was a good description. I'll still check daily to see if they win or lose, but I can't watch them anymore this season (at least not a whole game). BUT, I'll be back in 09!!

    I just looked at LOTF website: $99 Balls, flat photos, mini-helmet, bobblehead $149 Bat, jersey, art, equipment, oversized photo $35 inscription/personalization $10 Robin Yount hologram I wish someplace would give lower prices for cards, somewhere around $40-$50 would be fair.

    You sure like Cameron, don't you elcaballo? Not saying there's anything wrong with that (I think he's one of the best defensive CF too), but you are usually the first person to come to his defense. And I agree, it was a tough catch. I do like him, I just can't stand when people rip on him. He has been soooo good for the Brewers this year and when people nit pik him it gets frustarting.I don't dislike Cameron, I just believe he's overrated. Yes, the flyball was tough to catch, but it hit off his glove and IMO he should've had it. As far as being "soooo good for the Brewers this year", I'm assuming your talking about his awesome .246 average and the fact that he is 11th in the league in strikeouts despite having nearly 100 less at bats than everyone else and missing the first 25 games. Just my opinion, not trying to start anything. LET'S GO BREWERS!!!

    Haha Dead center wind blowing out that is a tough catch, he is one of the best defensive CF in the game. If you're that good of a centerfielder and one of the "best" in the game, you should have been playing deeper, especially with Lee at bat and the wind blowing out. Cameron never seems to know where the wall/track is at. Like I said, good to the gap, but not so much elsewhere. IMO

    Absolutely NO REASON that Cam"error"on shouldn't have caught that ball. I just don't see why people think he's that great defensively. He's good at getting to the gaps, but coming in or going out he is way below average.

    One word for this team the last couple of weeks.... C-H-O-K-E!!! They cannot hit with runners in scoring position. Although I guess you have to get someone on base for them to be in scoring position.

    I gave him a D earlier, and after reading everyone's very good posts, nothing has changed my mind. Yes he's a jerk to the media and his answers in post-game press conferences sound like a 9th grader talking about his friends, but that part of his personality doesn't carry fully to the field. What I've never liked about Yost is that he shows absolutely NO FIRE when he's in the dugout. Just once I'd like to see him slam a clipboard down or at least look angry when someone makes a boneheaded baserunning error. Instead he just stands there chewing on seeds like nothing bothers him. I'm not saying he has to scream and yell every game, or get in anyone's face, but let the players know what they did isn't acceptable. Last year at the end of the season when he was arguing at calls every day is what I want to see from a manager. Piniella is a jerk to media plus he gets fired up during a game and isn't afraid to show is emotions in the dugout and on the field. THAT is what I want to see from a manager. If someone makes an error, call him out on it. Don't blame the game on him, but don't make excuses about what the player did. Just my two cents.

    D and absolutely no higher. This guy has lost more games for the team than he has won any. My neck is sore from shaking my head at all of his boneheaded decisions during games, and until my neck feels better, this guy gets a D.

    About 22 miles north of Minocqua is Little Bohemia Lodge where gangster John Dillinger had a famous shootout and where Johnny Depp's movie just finished shooting. I can't vouch for the food because I didn't eat there, but the beer was good and the atmosphere was pretty cool to see (along with the original bullet holes).     Does anyone know if any travel agencies in Milwaukee sell packages to out of town Brewers games? I was thinking about going to the Boston series in 08, and I know it'll be very hard to get tickets. I'm wondering if any travel agencies put together packages with tickets, airfare, and hotel. Thanks

    I originally thought #3 was Cooper, but then I started to look at photos from Ebay, and most of them showed him with batting gloves on, and #3 isn't wearing batting gloves. Hmmmmmmm..... I'm guessing the other two are just drawings modeled after no one.
