    It took roughly 6 years since De Le Rosa made his Brewers debut to finally figure it out. Do we really expect Melvin to be that patient with someone. Are we willing to give Parra another 3-4 years of sucking to see if he'll reach his great potential? I wasn't a fan of letting Cruz go but he was 26 at the time and out of minor league options I think. Plus Hart was homegrown and seemed to be the higher rated prospect at the time. In hindsight, I wouldn't have traded Cruz. But I can't call for his firing because of something like that.

    We're probably gonna get hosed somewhat regardless. The one silver lining is that you won't have $20+ million a year tied up in one guy for the next 6+ years.

    With Adrian Gonzalez probably being traded this year I am wondering how that will affect the Brewers if we decide to put Prince out on the trade market as well. Last year Halladay and Lee were the two stud aces on the trade market. Philly wanted Halladay badly but Toronto's asking price was too high. They told Toronto to screw themselves and gave up less to acquire Lee instead. I'm seeing a little bit of a similar situation and I really don't know how it could affect our return on Prince. It's hard to say who the better player is. Anyone have thoughts on this?

    You can buy or usually rent a plumbing snake at your local hardware store. It's saved me many calls to the plumber in the past. Actually if you're in the fox valley, you can borrow my snake. PM if interested. No promises it'll fix your problem though.

    This thread seems ridiculous. It's the start of the regular season and we're debating something miniscule like this? It's a magnet that was given away for free. The majority of them will find the trash in less than a year. I doubt the Brewers had time for a board meeting to discuss who should be worthy of appearing on the opening day magnet.

    As a Timber Rattler fan I am livid. I'd rather watch a pitcher like Efrain Nieves with some upside. Suppan's gonna get lit up like last year by Kane County and he'll still get called up to make the start against the Cubs. Can't they just have him throw a simulated game in Arizona or something? Who loses their roster spot next week? If it's Parra or Narveson I won't be taking in a game at Miller Park this year. My guess is that Villy will be the one sent down.
