    It's not good if Yost starts ticking-off his players this early in the year. It's also not good if the player can't understand why they are sitting in the first place. He deserved to sit a game. Braun, stop swinging at every single pitch, and you won't be sitting.

    Com'on Bush. Need a good outing from you. Not that I favor you in the starting rotation over Parra or Villy. But it would be nice to have 6 decent starters over 5, especially given the fact that neither Parra or Villy have pitched over 150 innings ever. (I think anyway, that's just off the top of my head.)

    Ned is an idiot. Everyone could tell that Villy was going to break down in the 7th. He should not have let him go back out there. Ned is a moron and has no idea what he's doing. Don't quote me pitch counts, he should have had someone warming up at the beginning of the inning. Yosted again!!

He was a good Brewer. He deserves the same type of treatment we gave to Cirillo when he would come back in a different uniform.

    I went to a few by myself last year down the stretch run. It's no big deal. Edit: But I only live 10 minutes from the stadium.

    I don't want to start something here but... Villy went 5.1 innings today. Would people still be saying "nice job", if that was Vargas instead of Villy? I'm not a Vargas fan, nor to I dislike the guy. I do like Villy. But I'm just sayin'.

    I'm with you. I've got no time or patience for half the "fans" at today's game, and I'm not some old-phart either. (No offense ment to those who are a bit more aged than myself.) Plus I agree, the ticket price is too much for me to justify. I'm going tomorrow, it's part of my 20-game pack anyway. This morning on Bob and Brian, some woman called up saying she had a parking pass for todays game but no ticket. Said she had a group of 60 going but only 20 of them actually had tickets. Bob practically tore her a new one. Telling her it's people like her that ruin opening day, for the people who actually have a ticket to get into the game, would like to tailgate in the lots, but can't because of people like her just going to party in the parking lots.

    Hummm, interesting... Which gameday are you using? Mine is showing 87 to 89 for his fastball, 81 to 83 for the slider, and 73 to 75 for the curve.

    With how Bob was talking about the wind blowing out to left field today... I'll take two solo HR's as the only runs given up.
