I hit my first bet, a college two-teamer (Cincinnati +14/Kent State -5) that paid 44 cents on the 10 cent bet because I used the advertiser function to increase my payout by 50%. Look out now!

I'm still trying to get into fish, as its the one meat I probably like the least. I do not eat fish. Actually, I don't eat anything that comes from the water. I've always wanted to like fish/seafood and I've tried a few different things, but in the end, I just don't like it.

Will be interesting to see who shows up first on my circle (in Madison) today: the plows, trash collectors or recyclable collectors. If the plows come through first, they're going to be knocking over/plowing in the large tan and green bins which are all out in the street as told to do in our "recyclopedia". If the collection trucks come first, they'll be leaving a trail of bins all over the street right in the line of the plows. As I type, it is answered. The plows are here first and struggling with navigating the maze--lots of backing up beeps being heard.

I'll tell you what, I know one reason Van Halen has reunited for a tour: $$$. A friend of mine got two seats today at a ripe old sum of $123 each! Yeah, I could find a way to patch up my differences if I was cleaning up like that every night.

I agree, Anthony is missed especially for his backing vocals. I'm not sure if I'm going or not, but I have been asked by a friend (who has to work on Sat.) to try and score him some tickets. I think I'll wait until a later date and tap some connections if I want to go.

I've got XM in the car, love the baseball and The Boneyard. If you have a radio subscription, you can listen for free on your computer. I do that as well as play it through my TV as it's free with a DirecTV subscription also.

First off, I'm almost exclusively a beer drinker. Is there any truth to the theory of mixing diet sodas with booze will lessen the effects because of the lack of sugar counteracting with the booze? Someone tried to tell me this once, but since I drink beer, I didn't care!
