  1. Well, Stark ERA has actually gone down after today...
  2. Helms sacrificing in Colorado in order to have Bennett bat?
  3. Well, Jeff Cirillo just made history by getting struck out by Johnson.
  4. So now Capuano is outhitting Bennett.
  5. Hopes lie with Brady Clark....
  6. Well see Ginter has heated up again so its time to return to the bench with Helms coming back.
  7. So teams who have played 3 more games have 1 fewer loss than the Brewers. That's not exactly good news.
  8. Yost: Would have kept Sheets in if he got the bunt down.
  9. Losing a series at home to the Rockies isn't good. But the Brewers aren't going to score when Jenkins and Overbay don't get a hit.
  10. Yeah, but why did Yost wait in replacing Sheets at 1B? The really bad part? The Brewers wasted Moeller's hit for the week.
  11. So I can sort of see the bunt, but why have Sheets who can't do anything with the bat try to bunt?
  12. Why is Liefer running for Sheets?
  13. Why is Sheets still on base?
  14. We need more than one run Ned.
  15. Another intentional walk of Counsell. So has he just surpassed his career high this week?
  16. Wow, Craig Counsell was just intentionally walked.
  17. Well, I was just thinking the Brewers could use a double play and they got one. Obviously I have control over Larry Walker's legs.
  18. In a nice symmetric way, Clayton's June OPS is now equal to his career OPS of 681.
  19. Given how the Twins have been moving people around due to injuries, trying to gauge what their "true" defense is is somewhat difficult.
  20. Any idea of a Grieve injury or trade rumor? This is getting weird.
  21. Yes I'd take Jenkins out aginst LH relievers, especially good ones like Myers and Guardado. Jenkins OPS against LH pitchers: 2002: .601 2003: .718 2004: .636 Jenkins, like many LH hitters is bad against LH pitchers. I'd especially do it until Jenkins starts hitting in general.
  22. So I'm the only one who reads "Colt Griffin" when I see Mark Rogers?
