  1. Didn't think our two best pitchers would **** the bed in the same game. Fortunately it's not a one-game series.
  2. Wouldn't have mattered. They were still going to review it.
  3. Overturn it and then a double down the left field line.
  4. Turang certainly didn't act like it hit him.
  5. I wish we could clone Tyrone. Not exactly like in the movie - that was nefarious - but just for positive purposes.
  6. Yeah, I'm not a hitting coach or anything, but it seems like Sal squats on every swing, so he gets underneath a ton of pitches. And he can't see the low breaking ball, so he's kind of screwed high and low.
  7. I like how the lineup graphic has arrows from Contreras' name to his picture, as if those who follow the Brewers on Twitter had no idea who that dude was.
  8. Yeah, I really don't think CC will rotate lineups every day like in the regular season. Maybe a Turang/Monasterio platoon, but that's about it.
  9. I can see Owens over Tellez for positional versatility and speed. Plus, as much as I love Rowdy, he really hasn't been good this year. The only thing he has over Miller is power.
  10. Pfffft.
  11. Need Boz to get out there and lock it down.
  12. D-Backs. They have the tiebreaker over the other WC contenders. https://www.mlb.com/news/2023-mlb-postseason-tiebreaker-scenarios CORRECTION: Marlins have the tiebreakers.
  13. Me too. I feel so dumb. That guy is me. Milwaukee born and raised, dreamed about playing for the Brewers. I was a finesse pitcher - had a nasty curve. Obviously my dream never came true, but whenever I see one of these guys make their debuts - especially this kid (almost 30-year-old kid) who is a Brewer through and through, I just feel so happy for them.
  14. He was great except for one pitch.
  15. The big leagues are ten times harder than AAA.
  16. Andrews turned back into a pumpkin.
  17. Marlins won, Padres eliminated.
  18. Hey, this could be Rea's final appearance with the Brewers in 2023, so let's give him a nice hand. Heck of a job filling in this season.
