  1. Looks like the underwater city of Rapture hired Stephen Vogt.
  2. Man died on third base and thought he hit a triple.
  3. Am I the only one who cares less and less about sports drama as I get older? I used to think that I would care more about my teams because I have fewer and fewer years left to see them win, but it's the opposite. Not that I don't care, but I just don't take sports stuff personally. If Counsell wants to go elsewhere, good for him. If he wants to stay, awesome! I hope he does. He's the best manager in the game and seems like a good person. I just can't get worked up over any of it. Or what Giannis might say in an interview or if Terry Stotts quits or what Aaron Rodgers says or whatever. I just want to watch my teams, root for them to do well, hope the players are cool, and that's it. The rest is just noise.
  4. Definitely gotta hold him to that commitment. Can't leave until you bring us a World Series, sorry! You might be dead before it happens, but we'll drag your corpse into the dugout until it does!
  5. So what I gather from this thread is that people want MLB to sort by wins, crown a champ? Cool.
  6. Brewers Blessing lives
  7. My permanent address has not been in Wisconsin since 1998. I think I've been to two games at the current stadium. I've seen them in Atlanta probably fewer than ten times. I'd be absolutely crushed if the Brewers left.
  8. Is it all possible - and bear with me here - that Woodruff's recovery could turn into a Rookie of the Year situation and he returns throwing heat more blazing than anyone has ever witnessed?
  9. You know that's not what he's saying. Come on.
  10. https://twitter.com/InternetH0F/status/1711825392955277517
  11. I'm fine.
  12. He had a no-hitter for half the game and gave up a double on a broken bat shot in which the ball bounced over Santana's glove.
  13. Taylor lines into a double play last night on a hit that easily could've scored two. Frelick drills one right back at the pitcher for a double play. Carroll breaks his bat and the ball bounces over Santana's glove for a double.
  14. I've said it before: Turang's swing is so gentle.
  15. Right before my alarm went off this morning, I was dreaming that the Brewers signed CC Sabathia for Game 2. In dreamland, my mouth was agape and my eyes were wide like in a YouTube thumbnail.
