Wow Livan is gonna bat and pitch next inning. He's clearly laboring, mistake in my opinion.

Its good to see jenks turning it around, i just wish carlos and jenks could gte hot at the same time. Come on Billy, tie this one.
  3. Sheets4theHOF
This AB for rickie should be interesting. Lets see what kinda zone blue will have for him. --Well first pitch swinging. Next AB i guess.
  4. Sheets4theHOF
what was chad thinking? he was so far of that bag against a catcher with a great arm.
  5. Sheets4theHOF
Chad Moeller?!?!!? What's going on with him? Two catchers that can hit would be nice.

I was at that game as well. Nineth started with a solo job by jenkins. At that point I was just glad they weren't gonna be shutout. A lot of the damage was done with 2 outs too--Kiesch's pinch hit tied it a think. Great game, this one has all the makings of being another good one.
  7. Sheets4theHOF
Not really, i ask for a sweep with you're up 6 with 3 innings to go. Hopefully ned learns from his mistakes.
  8. Sheets4theHOF
Actually hurts less for me. I dunno why, it just does. Score 10 runs and we lose which is crazy, against the pirates no less. How big is that homer rob by Bay now?
  9. Sheets4theHOF
What a final 3 innings. This one's on Yost.
  10. Sheets4theHOF
    That was not strike two!
  11. Sheets4theHOF
I seriously can't believe this game. PLEASE LET IT BE MILLER TIME!
  12. Sheets4theHOF
Miller better hit if JJ gets on.
  13. Sheets4theHOF
Ok that's alright, i hate having JJ here though.
  14. Sheets4theHOF
Jenks on deck with previous late inning success against Mesa. Anything but a DP here.
  15. Sheets4theHOF
    Holy fricken crap!
  16. Sheets4theHOF
    So who's the pinch hitter?
  17. Sheets4theHOF
    1. Laboring DD starts the 7th. 2. DD gives up homer, still left in. 3. Gives up single still left in. 4 2-0 count to bay finally taken out. 5. RB faces the buccos best hitter starting behind 2-0 6. RB clearly doesn't have it but is left in and gives up a homer 7-8 7. Phelps starts the 8th instead of one of the set up men, in this case Santana. I'm sure there are more, those are just off the top of my head. --Bottomline: The Brewer bullpen was put into a position to fail today.

I was speaking generally. The point is it not talented and fundamentally sound enough to make up mistakes of the mananger.
  19. Sheets4theHOF
Well lets load em up for Lee and grand slam our way to florida.
  20. Sheets4theHOF
You know the brewers have a nice little team right now, but they are young and they will make mistakes and lose games. The thing is a team like this can't afford to have a manager that makes mistakes by putting players in poor positions to do well.
  21. Sheets4theHOF
I can't believe the brewers have given up 11 runs to the pirates, 9 (maybe more) in a three innings. ---JDLR is in only 2 innings late. FLICK Yost.
  22. Sheets4theHOF
JJ should get bunting lessons from mesa.
  23. Sheets4theHOF
i cannot believe this, these are the kind of loses that send a team that was playing well into a tailspin. I am speechless, i am without speech.
  24. Sheets4theHOF
Well mesa hasn't been used in days. Kind of a no brainer. Kinda like putting in a little used bullpen long reliever when you have a huge lead and your starter is laboring.....
  25. Sheets4theHOF
Prince will have to work on picking up that splitter. I can't believe we're losing this game.
