    thanks, mikerollins. I totally wasn't thinking about the blackout rules. I almost started to complain about FSN not having the game, but realized that there is a little over 150 games being telivised in the Milwaukee area this year which makes it impossible to whine about.

    Anyone know for sure which bars will have extra innings and have the game on then? I'm debating if it will be cheaper to go to a bar for an extended lunch, or just buy a cheap ticket to the game and hang out there by myself.

    On the radio I heard them say the panels were open and it was the first time they had the panels open this year but the roof was still closed. The panels were actually open for most of the day game on Tuesday as well. It was around the 7th when it got breezy and they closed them until the game was over.

    Hamels is a very good lefty, but he's only 1 of the 4 lefty's starting against the Crew in the next 4 days. Ryan Braun, your batting avg. called, it's glad to be back this weekend.

    the next four starting pitchers we are scheduled to face are left handed. Braun seems to be heating up the last two, and now he should see a steady diet of lefty pitching. I think it's going to be a great weekend.

    Totally agree with this statement. Also makes me wonder about what the Rays think of Rocco Baldelli's injury or sickness and if he will ever fit into their plans again.

    Now if we pitch Gagne, because we're at home and tied in the ninth I will not be happy with that decision. I normally agree with it, but not today. edit: now is the time bor Turnbow huh? tied game, top of the ninth

    Really, Yost has never used him for more than 1 to 3 lefties. Um, yeah, do you follow Brewer games very closely? Do a little digging and see how often Shouse has only faced 1 to 3 lefties, and compare that to how often Yost uses him for several (more than three) batters or more than 1 inning in a game. I think that you will be surprised at what you find.

    I'm not a huge Bush fan, but I totally agree with this. It's almost like treating Sheets like one of the young guys and trying to limit his innings throughout the beginning of the year. He might not get to 200 at the end of the year, but I'd personally rather see him hit 160 with 16 wins than 120 and a stretch on the DL.

    I agree with endaround that a hockey goalie would a definite possibility. Other than that, I could see a woman playing professional soccer. I know a lot of people don't really agree that MLS is actually a pro sport in this country, and I am not a soccer fan, but it seems like a pretty logical sport that a woman could compete in at the same level. If Freddy Adu could play at the age of like 16, I would think that a college women's soccer star could handle it as well.

    I had the same thought during the pregame when Trenni was talking about how we are among the best fielding teams in the NL so far. It hasn't hurt us yet today though.

    Cueto looks a lot more hittable today than he did last time we saw him.

    Way to go Hart, looks a lot better than he did against Cueto last time. 0 for 4 with 3 K's and overall he looked lost.
