  1. If the star player with chronic back issues didn't have chronic back issues I think the offense would be better, probably still below average but better. Unfortunately Yelich had chronic back issues, and we can't make them go away with hypotheticals. chronic? he played in 58/60 games last year. He fractured his knee cap in 2019 otherwise he would have played about 150 games. He played 147 in 2018 and the reason he missed two weeks was an oblique injury.
  2. If Yelich wasn't hurt and was hitting his career OPS (869) does that translate into a significantly better offense?
  3. I am guessing that Denver would rather give up picks than players. So pick one of Jeudy or Fant and replace them with a draft pick.
  4. Yeah I still have no idea why they let Boyle go. Money. He signed for $2.5 million I believe. Right but they could have cut him at the end of camp and it would have counted 0 towards the cap.
  5. I think I’d rather have Tim Boyle. This is a good, low risk move in a vacuum, but now we have to listen to the media imply the Packers will be downgrading to Blake Bortles. Yeah I still have no idea why they let Boyle go.
  6. Well Molina is like 55 at this point, so I would hope so. Manny is almost 34... He has 55 year old knees
  7. I can't find confirmation but I am pretty sure he is mixed race.
  8. Expanding attendance to 50% capacity starting Saturday.
  9. Currywurst in Germany is awesome - my favorite go to food when I'm over there (two former jobs had me working in Germany at times fortunately - unfortunately, my current one does not). I had two co-workers from the states once and we stopped at a stand. They ordered brats (which are very different than US brats, but still very good) and I ordered currywurst. After the brats, they each had a currywurst and they were hooked. Now my mouth is watering... Yeah my wife turned me on to it after she took a trip to Berlin. After WWII, Germans got ketchup from the Americans and curry from the British and made a dish out of it.
