    The Bears are so awful on offense and I love it. Betting the farm on Trubisky will set that franchise back a decade.

    Again, for the back row....no one is disputing the need for more creative play calling. The argument is that this is the only thing separating UW from OSU. It's not. The talent gap is the biggest differentiator by far.

    I don't think anyone is saying UW should never beat OSU. Yeah, they should be them once in a while. Also, Purdue would gladly trade those two wins over OSU for the overall success UW has had since 2010.

    Try having a debate with someone who has produced no evidence and chalks everything up to lack of talent despite the number of Badgers enjoying strong NFL success, and doesn't even consider that scheme might be holding them back in college. UW has won 77% of their games since 2009. That's 6th best in college football. I guess I'm curious how much you think they should have won. to me, the # of guys in the nFL is about what I thought it would be. They are a top 15 program. They are not a top 5 program.

    I think JJ Watt is pretty close. But they certainly don't have anyone like that now. Agreed.

    This is a list of the colleges most represented on NFL rosters this season. I wouldn't say there is an inordinate amount of talent in the NFL relative to UW performance the last 5 years.     The run defense was really bad in the 2nd half. That was not scheme that was bad tackling and OSU's skill guys being really good.

    I remember this kid named JJ Watt that used to dominate. I think he went on to be a pretty good pro. He was not as good as Young. Yes, arguably the best defensive player in UW history but still drafted #11. OSU has three guys drafted in top three on d line within five years. They can just replace an elite player with another one. UW cannot do that. But that goes back to my everything has to go right for UW to make playoffs argument. Had Watt stayed in school one more year, he's on that team with Wilson. That might be enough.

    Without Rand they are playing a true frosh way more than they probably want to.

    I mean UW has NEVER had a player as good as Chase Young. OSU has had two Bosas that were almost as good.
