Happy Birthday! -
Wonder if Brewers will get any rookie level lottery tickets in addition to Yelich?
-
Sounds like multiple sources are confirming so we will lock this thread. Discussion continues on major league forum.
-
We will keep this thread open until it's confirmed but people might want to make new posts in the Major League Forum. Thanks.
-
Well now we wait....take one last look at the prospect list. Ain't gonna look the same tomorrow.

Wut

I'm surprised Harrison is that low after being the cause celeb post AFL. Welcome back EDR!
-
Thing is for every deal that goes through there are probably 10 that don't. We might be hearing about the other 10.
-
Just saying I wouldn't be all that upset if we traded him.
-
That's kind of where I am. I think Ortiz is overrated.
-
I would trade all of the Brewers bad players for another team's good players. That seems like a smart strategy.
-
If you can't see the difference between this thread and that one then I don't know what to tell ya.
-
I think if Brinson was able to match Yelich's career numbers I'd be pretty cool with that. Therefore, I'm cool with the guy who already has Yelich's numbers.
-
You what'd be neat? If people make a trade proposal that you think is unfair, you just say "I don't like that trade proposal. here is how I would improve it..." This whole "That's stupid!" "You're nuts if you think..." schitck is old and annoying and it causes childish back and forth posts to escalate. So be an adult. thanks.
-
And I thank the Lord you're not. See how easy that is? Hey check your PMs

Guys knock it off. Sheesh.

Thanks for all your insight so far, HH19. Please keep it coming. I trust what you've been saying about a 'significant' trade with an AL team. Maybe the trade does include Machado to the Indians which would possibly mean Meija to the Crew, maybe its a trade with the White Sox, maybe none of the above.... but it's as exciting as a time gets to be a Brewers fan. The Ellsbury rumors seems to be based on two things only: a tweet by a guy with the handle 'BarStoolSports' along with the fact the original Crasnik tweet about a Brewers trade made mention of an OF being discussed. Couple that with the massive # of Yankees fans on Twitter it just blew up everywhere. I haven't been this excited about a team since 2012. I love the discussion we have going on here. Thanks for joining and for your contributions so far.

I dunno. I think he's sorta handsome.

"Avoid repetition. It doesn't take long for an initially interesting topic to turn into a dead-horse beating session, or for you to become known on the forum as "that guy who is obsessed with Player/Issue X." This includes posting the same basic thought in multiple threads or repeatedly within a single thread. It can also include authoring a significant percentage of the posts within a given thread. Site staff will lock or merge threads that they believe duplicate an existing discussion."

If it's true there are dominoes involved and it's a one time deal, I won't get my hopes up for anything to happen. We're the Brewers, we're destined for disappointment. http://www.chicagonow.com/all-shapes-sizes/files/2016/11/debbie-downer.jpg

Clear payroll to sign Darvish and then Harper, Machado, or Kershaw next year. Or all of them. That would be spectacular if they signed all of them. $600 million payroll
-
I'll look into it.

Tell him it's only 90 minutes to Chicago
