Yeah, I agree, he is normally a very good announcer. I think he really wants to see the Cubs win tonight, and thus not lose the series. Maybe he's being a bit of a homer because of that. Yes, Bennett must GO!

Anyone else catching the game on MLB.TV and having to deal with Stone? He can't stop talking about how Santos isn't that good, won't get through the 5th, and the Cubs will definitely get to our bullpen for about 4 runs. My magic 8-ball says Brewers 5, Cubs 2. Screw Stone! http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/roll.gif

Wow, I think the AAA bell is ringin'

I decided to check into Franklin's splits. Here is what I found: Lefties: .297/.369/.441/.810 in 145 ABs GO CREW!

I agree. I like the lineup as well. I fully expect Franklin to give up at least 2 bombs. Let's hope there are runners on base when it happens. These aren't the friendly confines of SafeCo field Mr. Franklin.

The work day is going to fly by tomorrow with a chance to watch them go for 5!!

AJAY don't limit yourself to just this season with that prediction

How many more times this year do I need to watch Brady Clark swing through a fastball? He's lucky we didn't need those runs . . . *knock on wood*

There's your runs boys!!! C'mon bullpen!

Looks like Davis is still in the on deck circle . . . letting him go another inning?

I was completely embarassed by the situation and he's not even on my team. What a horrible human being!

    What a baby . . .

I guess if all these things were going our way I wouldn't be ********, but not getting the bunt down and then running yourself out of the inning is horrible!

We need to get Burba out there before Kinney hands them any more runs. Give the offense a chance to play catch-up. Kinney reminds me of Jamey Wright all the time. Teases you with an excellent start and then sucks for extended periods of time.

Anyone able to watch the game that can tell me what happened here?? "Simontacchi to third, Taguchi to second on Spivey´s throwing error. Taguchi reached on fielder´s choice to right, Simontacchi to second. "

2 on, 2 out, and the black hole of the lineup today comes to bat. Any bets if Counsell or Spivey can get it done?

Brady was robbed of his RBIs http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif . . . . not that I'M complaining!

And Spivey has left a small village on the basepaths today . . .

DHonks - I think its worth it even when baseball fever wears off in May, because when the stretch run rolls around you'll be back to watching random games again in September.

Regarding the comments on most of the Brewers games not being shown on the Extra Innings package . . . I don't believe that's true unless something has changed. You will see "most" of the games. No Wednesday night games (ESPN holds all rights to broadcast and everything but their games are blacked out), no Saturday day games (Same rules, but FOX controlled), but pretty much everything else. I was an Extra Innings subscriber in 1999, 2000, and 2001. Since that time I had to go back to apartment living, so no dish. Now I've been using the MLB.TV ($80 season) and it plays by the same rules and you see approximately 80% of their games. I always end up watching about 100 games the first month while following my fantasy team religiously in the early going. As for the match-up tonight it - I agree with the Hernandez/Eldred match up. It seemed like when Yost went back to Bennett again last night that he had pretty much made up his mind to see what Hernandez has tonight. While I like Kinney, I hope we get to see Hernandez tonight (hopefully with the lead).
