I tried to give up drinking altogether last year, and I only made it two-and-a-half weeks. Bad idea when you're in college. = P This year I gave up candy because I'm a sugar fiend.
I've had four classes today, and nothing to eat yet. I think my stomach might implode. Also, I'm sick of waiting for Brewers baseball, especially when every one-and-a-half days, it snows. Alright, I'm done venting.
Doug and Ned have already stated that they are not going to move Billy Hall around this year -- he will be staying at 3B, regardless of the Cameron suspension. I agree with the rationale behind it. Billy's struggles last year might be able to be attributed at least partially to the move to CF, so I'd try to leave him where he is, especially having moved him around for the past two years.
I wouldn't be averse to seeing the Brewers pull the trigger on a big trade at the right price. Having said that, I don't think Capuano + a ~10 prospect could land AJ Burnett. At the value of players through free-agency and trades nowadays, we'll have to offer up more MLB-ready (or close) talent with higher ceilings to land any type of talented and established starting pitcher.
i was thinking the same thing. and they arent the overly nicest neighborhoods in milwaukee either. the east side drops off rather quickly once you cross humboldt I live on Farwell on the East side -- they are the same thing in my book. And yes, it isn't the nicest area -- I was recently mugged near the UWM campus, which is supposed to be "safe".
