  1. would be nice if Yoga has some low pitch counts and gets to go 4-5 innings, and then hopefully difelice can give us 3-4 more after we have a nice lead:) Brewers, you just have to be 1-0 today
  2. that cubs offense is relentless. what an awesome turn of events after that leadoff triple in the bottom of the ninth
  3. hey chicago what do you say, the cubs are going to win today
  4. Since the season premiere was just on, I was wondering if any other brewer fans watch Heroes. I usually only watch sports-based television, but for some reason I'm addicted to this show. I will say that after the long delay, it was hard to remember what exactly was going on. I may have to watch a few of last season's episodes again just to keep everything in order. Anyone else enjoy this thrilling and complex show?
  5. man even though he is leaving us after the year, I hope Sabathia's arm is still attached at the end of this season.
  6. man what a win. for one night at least hope is restored.
  7. As a whole our fans are awesome. But I find it inexcusable that we boo our own relief pitchers before they take the mound and our own players after a bad at-bat early in the game. If the team stinks it up, then boo after the game is over, but not when it is 3-2 in the 8th inning.
  8. Yeah I'm in agreement that lining up these short-rest starts in a row is a recipe for disaster. It looks like we will be facing Lilly, Marquis, and Marshall over the weekend, which is definitely an advantage for us. Hopefully we can get some good serviceable innings from some righthanders.
  9. well the good part about Harden getting moved back is that at least we don't have to face him. If there was a game that the Mets would be clearly favored, this is the one. However, when a team begins to choke, you never know what might happen. Come on Cubs, put up some crooked numbers tonight!
  10. not only are they determined to lose, they are determined to lose in the most devastating and painful way imaginable
  11. hmm ramirez and edmonds this inning. a recipe for disaster
  12. yes once the pitcher is announced he must face one hitter. I wonder what would happen if he "faked" an injury there http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  13. lets go coffey a nice 1-2-3 here please whoops i meant gagne. well no maybe i did mean coffey http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  14. yes hart he walks hardy on 4 pitches than you hack right away.
  15. yes braun. my head is about ready to explode
  16. yeah i'm not blaming hardy one bit. Braun is very frustrating right now. hopefully we have some luck with the bullpen
  17. well bush is giving us a chance. i'm happy with his start so far. this offense is pathetic
  18. yes I always do find it funny when Weeks is struggling and people offer up Hart as the solution.
  19. a gritty walk there by counsell. i'll say this for him today, he knows he doesn't have much of a chance, so at least he's being patient
  20. thank god for harden's hiccup in the first inning. otherwise he'd be locked in for an 8 inning 15 k game. this brewers lineup has zero discipline
  21. well the homer really stinks but I'm glad Bush has pitched well in the beginning of the game. Now lets see if we can make contact.
  22. I'm guessing you are being sarcastic. Harden couldn't sleep last night he was so excited to face this lineup. I just pray we can get his pitch count up before he racks up 15 k's.
