    Sorry. I'm talking about an unpaid internship with Brewerfan.net. Now that I think about this, it's overly ambitious. Maybe this year we could ask for a few interviews. We were discussing it in the Waddya Want? thread.

    This was brought up in another forum, but I decided to seperate it into a new thread. The idea is for an unpaid Brewerfan.net internship. Because I'm trying to keep myself busy while the major league board is down (I should probably do some work but naaah). Some quick questions: I picked out some events highlighting baseball in Wisconsin: May 13-14 - WIAC Baseball Championships (Wisconsin Rapids) June 14-17 - WIAA Spring Baseball Championships (******on) July 7 - Beloit Snappers @ Wisconsin Timber Rattlers (******on) Unknown Date - Wisconsin Little League State Tournament Unknown Date - Land 'O Lakes Amatuer Baseball Championship Unknown Date - Brewers Game, possible interview with Damian Miller Couple questions: 1) Is this a good idea? 2) Is this overly ambitious? 3) Would anybody be interested? 4) Other comments Something to talk about on the day the Major League Board died.

    Why wouldn't they? Most journalism interns are unpaid. If you set up a curriculum, I'm sure some sports journalist types would jump at it. I'd be willing to offer my time to develop something if you would like. (I don't have a journalism degree so somebody may be more qualified for this task but I can certainly do a little research.)

    Maybe someone should approach the Brewers front office about a limited press pass at Miller Park. I'm sure Attanasio would be willing to listen to the idea seeing how the site has credibility with Powell and Sutton. Maybe start with asking for a Batting Practice Press Pass for just a few key members of the Brewerfan.net staff. I don't see how anyone would want to turn down all the free publicity that Brewerfan.net can generate.

    The game's not over yet. 13-6 Schlubs right now. Adams pitching, struck first batter out, Fly out to Krynzel for second out, some minor leaguer hits a single, another single to center, then strikesout Dubois. Is Crabbe pronounced Crab or Crab-e (or something else) Is Kent Sommerfield annoying to anyone else?

    I'll be at your service Oh Captain my Captain! Do you think we could steal that submarine from the Science and Industry Museum? EDIT: I don't think we need to torpedo the city, maybe someone could just sneeze near one of the support columns of Wrigley and watch it crumble to the ground.
