    Here's a similar situation that just happened to me. Runners at first and second. My batter hits it into the gap and the kid on second rounds third but just steps over the bag on accident. I think about yelling at him to come back and touch the bag, but he was already halfway home. The other team doesn't see it, and I don't think my runner even knew he missed it. In the words of those former great commercials "You make the call"

    Phish

    I like Phish. I think thier musicianship is extremely good on some songs. I especially like some of the piano compositions. My fandom peaked with Picture of Nectar and then fell from there, but I still like to listen to thier cds on long car trips or just to relax.

    The real estate market isn't that bad. There's less activity certainly, but absorption rates are still pretty good. As to the original question, there are some realtors that offer a hybrid-FSBO sale situation. In this situation, if you generate the buyer you pay a flat fee for the paperwork and if the realtor generates the lead they get a percent commission. For a bit of disclosure, I'm a realtor in Wisconsin (not in the Milwaukee market) so my opinions are colored by that.

    I went to the local Wal-Mart at around 11:30 pm just to see and there was a good size line. I didn't end up getting one, but oh well. There were people that waited in line 17 hours to get one and I'm just not that anxious to get one. I do feel bad for the guy that was waiting in line since 4:00 PM and was the 21st person for the 20 wiis.

    I'm planning on going to my local Wal-Mart at midnight. If you have a 24 hour Wal-Mart, that might be a choice for you. Otherwise I've called Target, Best Buy, and Circuit City and all the stores in my area (Rockford/Janesville) will have some units. Nintendo is pretty well stocked on Wiis and they don't expect to sell out until Monday or Tuesday.

    I'm planning my Sunday around buying the Wii. I'm probably going to lay down around $400 for the Wii, another controller, Zelda and Madden '07. Science damn it for being a whole 6 days away.

    The Snappers are looking for a new stadium. The latest is off of the Avalon Rd/Hwy 11 exit in Southern Janesville, and I believe the Twins just re-upped with the Snappers. IF the Snappers get a new stadium in Janesville the Twins will be the Major League affiliate as long as Terry Ryan is GM.

    Haven't seen the official lineups, but Yost mentioned that Hall is getting a day off, Graffy at short, Cirillo at second, Mench in left, Gross in right and Rivera catching.

    My guess for this game is that Mench starts and hits the "El Cabello's Corral" sign and the lights start exploding in a beautiful display.
