Brewers acquire Daniel Norris from Tigers

With Norris and Curtiss, I don’t think the usage issue is related to the inning they pitched. I think it had more to do with not being allowed to be used for the matchups and workload the team would have preferred. -
Playoff games have not been included in the past. Need to sign up for a trial of one of the other streaming services to get tbs etc

Can anyone give an update on Uzzu? Happy with it? I don’t really understand how they can do what they are doing - any insight?

Yes, he does but they have not disclosed what the issue was/is - or at least I haven’t seen it. Earlier in the year they said that he was “experiencing symptoms that left him drained and lethargic” and then would comment on him “being in good spirits” - which always sounds somewhat ominous.

Champions! What a crazy OT goal to win it.

It was nice to see them not give up and get the three goals in the 3rd period. The combination of the defensive lapses and the poor play by Rowe was just too much to overcome. The defensemen really struggled at times both with blowing their assignments and the inability to keep the puck in the offensive zone. I think we can still have a nice run in the ncaa tournament - we should be able to play with any team out there.

I didn’t find a ton of other info but only 9 A rated prospects are going to play NCAA hockey. Looks like Michigan has 3 of them.

They tend to do 3 year contracts in the U.K. which is why you see so many shorter run shows - or major turnover in the cast as the actors are already committed to their next projects. The other side effect is you get some very short seasons after the initial few, it isn’t uncommon to see a 3-5 episode storyline as that is all they can get the cast back for.

They have really turned up the speed in the 3rd period.

I didn’t realize the Badgers had more national championships than Big Ten/WCHA championships. 6 vs 3 according to the broadcasters today. Very strange.

It is so nice to see them playing well again. I am so old, I still think of the Badgers as a premier hockey program - which we really have not been for a long time.
