  1. I can't guarantee that all these dates are bobbleheads, but they all are posted as All Fan Giveaway Days. April 22 May 13 June 10 July 1 July 29 Sept 16 Miller Park will be a great place to spend Mother's Day on.
  2. I think we need to be way out of it to dump players at the deadline. I believe Melvin thinks if were within 12 games were in it.
  3. Beating Mount Union 13-10. 3rd straight championship. 4th in last 5 years. 7th straight time in the national championship game.
  4. Is the magnet your looking for the one they give out on Opening Day or the one thats given out on Fan Appreciation Day the year before. I can also check at Gonzaga Hall for you.
  5. IDK, Maybe he wants to have a playoff run, and doesn't think it will happen with Braun out for 50 games.
  6. Will Ramirez still want to come to Milwaukee now?
  7. I've been wrong about Braun early in his career about character. I just can't believe Braun would knowing taking something that could get him banned. I'm sure he trusted a doctor to give him supplements within the MLB drug testing rules, and that doctor screwed up.
  8. Grienke should be easier to sign. He is aware of his issues, and knows he needs to be in a place thats comfortable to him with the least amount press. The Milwaukee media has been very good with leaving him alone, and letting him do his interviews on his own timeline. That doesn't mean Grienke will stay in Milwaukee, but that takes outabout 60% of the other teams. Now, add in the fact that the Brewers have been contenders will help getting him to stay here.
  9. They just added Molitor. I'm surprised by that since Molly is usually at Twinsfest.
  10. Its no difference than ccd7(or whatever his name is) that has bobbles at 2-3 times the ususal selling price.
  11. The problem with Gio is that he walks way too many batters (worst last year, and second worst in 2010). And, with the Brewers defense that is a horrible marriage.
  12. Buy them already graded. What were your grades.
  13. I thought I had seen one a couple months ago on ebay sell for $150ish. I paid $60 for mine on ebay a year ago. I tried to find the old listings on my watch list, but they were gone or I didn't watch them.
  14. Last year the ex-Brewer t-shirt jerseys were all $5 dollars, so I doubt any were only $2. Not sure if there were any $10 ones though. On the last day last year, the player t's were $1 eack. I bought about 25 of them. I have a nice collection of Julio, Hardy, Vargas, Kendall, Hall, Stetter, Davis, Gerut, and I'm sure theres more.
  15. No, In the past those have gone to the wives charity events. I'm sure they will be in grab bags and maybe on the chrity tables at On Deck. The only thing they had was a Mini Big Head of Escobar for $1.
  16. Suite holder were allowed in before the season ticket holders. I'm guessing they had a 4-5 time slot. One of the workers said they cut the people off at the elevators that came in later. I don't know is if that was exactaly at 6 or not.
  17. The funniest thing about the event was seeing Doug Melvin walk around with his bag full of goods. I said, " Hey Buddy, the back of the line is behind us" when he was walking past us going inside again. Melvin ignored me.
  18. We're posting about it in the Trading Forum. Edit...sorry, didn't see your link to it.
  19. I just looked at my receipt. Here is what I purchased... 2 2011 Media Guides $1 each 6 2011 Yearbooks $1 each 2 1972 Brewers records $1 each 1 Brewers adjustable hat(I'm picky) $10 2 pink knit skull hats for my girls $5 each 1 70's M logo shot glass $5 1 dinged up Brewers trash can $5 3 Brewers pins $2 each 1 Mini Escobar bighead/bobblehead $1 1 Gallardo youth t-shirt $5 1 Brewers logo design baseball $3
  20. There were some Fielder game issued pink bats for $350. I'm sure someone is going to go home with them and "make" them game used. Counsell game issued pink bats for $200. Axford playoff (not sure which series) locker name plate for the low low price of $400. And no I didn't add in an extra zero. Champagne bottles are$250.
  21. I don't see massive markdowns, but it may be worth doing one more run through. Anyone ever had any success with that?Last year when I went on the last day all the player T-shirts with the names on the back were marked down to $1. I bought about 25 of them. Some of the $30-40 stuff was slashed down another $10 bucks or so. They keep restocking the racks as the days go on, so if something sells they replnish it with more. I don't know where they have all this stuff, because there is a lot I've never seen before.
  22. Thats how much they were at the sale $1. A guy came up and bought the whole stack of about 40 of them.
  23. If you looking at $300 worth of shelves plus another $150-200 to ship them I would try a local carbinetry business. You can show them what you want which could be the same price or cheaper. And, your money stays in the local community.
  24. I like that line.
