that you go too far with your collection? Today I bought a $3 Wisconsin Racing Sausages lottery ticket for my collection, because its Brewers related. Do I need an intervention? Do I have a problem?

I'll just pick up the Brewers. I haven't opened wax in 8 years.

I'd grab my kids and my wife. The rest...who cares.

This is how I see it becoming. I can understand not wanting to announce the players too early, but they should at least put them on the website the night before.

Has anyone tried to contact Mikita in the past about getting a discount on multiple autographs of Braun. They are having a private signing with him on May 18th. I could use a few things signed.

I need Gantner and Cooper, so that would be 8 total you could sell.

I printed a 20x30, but have yet to get autographed and framed.

Did anyone win anything from the most recent Mears auction I won this lot http://www.mearsonlineauctions.com/LotDetail.aspx?lotid=10134&searchby=3&searchvalue=brewers&page=0&sortby=0&displayby=2&lotsperpage=25&category=1

We haven't seen anything yet. Wait until Bryce Harper hits.

Boras will have Prince go to free agency regardless of what Howard received. The Brewers could offer 30 million a year and I still think Boras would turn it down.

I also read an article where Braun was talking about his business investments. Braun said that he doesn't put his own money in all of the investments. The restaurants may be one of those investments where he is not financially invested, but does receive proceed for the use of his name.

Good point. But you would think a restaurant with his name on it would have some kind of Braun stuff in it. Oh well, I will still probably go and check it out at least once just because it is Braun's. But the fact the bartender didn't know what game a previous poster asked him to put on, come on.That was really funny about the bartender. Yeah, maybe there should be a couple of things having to do with Ryan Braun in the restaurant, but I wouldn't make them the typical jerseys and bats. Maybe a classy B&W photo or two of him or something. According to an article I read Braun doesn't want it to be a sports bar type restaurant. He didn't want the memorabilia around.

I would also like to see some sort of a cap. It would be hard to enforce a minimum unless a penalty is enforced for being under the cap. How would the minor league contracts be figured into the payroll? All players must have been subject to the draft meaning guys like Ichiro and players defecting from Cuba that are coming in now are drafted and not free agents right away. We can call it the JD Drew rule. The loopholes that are in the NBA type of salary cap must be closed. MLB cannot be like an NFL cap because the contracts are guaranteed.

I look at the lot, and it doesn't impress me that much. I wouldn't want any of the Packers or Badgers stuff. Yeah, some of the old Packer stuff is one of a kind, but I don't collect that.
  16. BrewersSuperCollector
I asked about it, and they told me it fell off a table and broke.
  17. BrewersSuperCollector
Did anyone here buy the Fielder bobble off of ebay?
  18. BrewersSuperCollector
I put in a real low bid in also to keep my eye on it. Ebay doesn't allow bid cancellations in the last 8 hours I think.
  19. BrewersSuperCollector
    Iwas watching that auction also.

Anyone go to autogaph Friday last week. I know it was for kids only, but I'd like to hear about it.

Another would be Ozzie Smith's diving one handed grab when he was with the Padres.
