    Would they even use it? Not sure that is apart of the game plan regardless. With their pass rush seems like quicker passes would be the goal. That and not turn it over. Do that and it’s just about impossible the 49ers could win. Usually with the way they opened the game, that would open up taking a shot down field. But if you blanket Adams, we don't even really have a guy to make you worry about that with MVS out. It was a good plan to start but I think SF realized they didn't have to worry too much about the deep ball.

    The lack of down field speed is really showing. You miss MVS and to a larger extent, Tonyan. Once they took away the short stuff after the first couple drives, we have done zip.

    Their offense is also pretty terrible. Though with Deebo out I'd probably kick.

    Hard to shake the ominous feeling creeping in. We've been bailed out quite a few times and haven't shown some life for a while now.

    Rodgers has been uncharacteristically unaware in the pocket tonight. Not that there's much he can do on those, but he's usually really good at feeling trouble he can't see.

    Need positive runs for play action. I think SF has figured out they are ok protecting deep ball. Could be in for a tough game.
