  1. That's what I thought it would be without Giannis. I thought it would be a 7-gamer if he played. Not looking like it.
  2. PHX has about 20 points in the paint, turnovers about even, we've blocked 7 shots, we've out-rebounded them, but the threes were just devastating.
  3. Connaughton with the dumbest pass of the night and then bricks a 3 we really needed to hit.
  4. Doesn't feel like Paul has missed a shot this series.
  5. This team is too good to beat with Jrue and Khris disappearing. It just won't happen. We will lose against this team 100% of the time those two are 11/40.
  6. Yeah, exactly. It looks effortless for PHX and like we are fighting a grizzly to keep it within 15.
  7. Yeah, but this should tell you something. It's hard to see anything other than Suns > Bucks. And it's not a small gap. Holiday and Midds are 6-26 and we're losing by 8 Sort of a part of our identity though. They do that way too much.
  8. Yeah, but this should tell you something. It's hard to see anything other than Suns > Bucks. And it's not a small gap.
  9. I was worried about PHX from the start of the playoffs should the Bucks win the East (which I never thought would happen) mostly for silly reasons, such as them beating us twice when they were terrible in '19, and the two 1-pt losses this year. But I thought they were a good team and was hoping Utah or Denver or someone random would come out of the West. Obviously a non-zero chance means things aren't over, but I think we may be overmatched here. I think we pretty much have to steal this one somehow. I just can't see another 0-2 comeback against these guys.
  10. I think we can put the hunger stuff to bed. This team came back from down 0-2 and 3-2 to KD and won 2 games without Giannis in the ECF. Usually the "will to win" isn't enough. Sometimes the other team is better.
  11. Beginning to look like there's a reason we are going on 0-4 against Phoenix this year.
  12. Not exactly the hottest of takes but when our primary inside scorer shoots 50% from the line, it's a major problem against a team that can go 25/26.
  13. I'm getting less optimistic about this series by the minute. We can't seem to get any kind of dominant run going because they are always able to score. Throw an inopportune missed layup here and there and it feels like we scratch and claw just to stay alive, while their sequences just look effortless.
  14. In what way in the 1st? Defensively? We're not turning the ball over, dominating the glass, doing some good things. To be fair I missed most of the first and tuned in just in time to see us drop a rebound out of bounds.
  15. We have been overall way too sloppy in both games.
  16. Not 0-4, we swept Miami, but it took Game 1 OT.
  17. I expect a better showing tonight but I also expect them to drop one in Milwaukee. I'm feeling this going 7 but we shall see.
  18. I can't wait for the Bucks to win by 10 tonight so the whole better without Giannis thing just stops.
  19. They would get run over by Ayton without Giannis playing at all.
  20. Deadspin became trash during the buyout. It's no more dignified than the musings of a random guy on Reddit now.
  21. Well, he cares about one of those 3 things, but fortunately for the Packers, every decision he makes is based on that one.
