  1. Bradley Keith Law had him at No. 21 to the Blue Jays. Deep Leagues had him at No. 9 to the Cubs. Jonathan Mayo had him at No. 8 to the Indians. Perfect Game USA had him at No. 4 to the Orioles. Baseball America had him at No. 8 to the Indians. John Sickels had him at No. 5 to the Royals Seems like great value according to everyone but Keith Law
  2. 18? He already played 3 years in college and is 21.
  3. Son of a It was looking so good that he was going to get us out of the inning
  4. For those under the age of 25 there's a 90% chance the answer to that is yes.
  5. I use stats to help me vote for the AL team since I don't really follow the AL at all.
  6. But at the same time if we're trading away prospects that go on to be successful you'd think that would make other teams more willing to trade for our prospects in the future, and perhaps value them a little higher. If prospects we keep trading away never pan out it could have the opposite effect too.
  7. Lucroy doesn't stand a chance. Hopefully he'll make it through player selections though. Also annoying that Pujols is still not only leading first basemen, but the overall high vote getter, when he should be no higher than 5th among first basemen. Forget voting for Prince, we should be voting for Votto just to keep him out. Votto's the most deserving anyway, and then hopefully Prince gets a reserve spot.
  8. And he's not even the worst on the team in that category, Casey McGehee
  9. Lu-Lu has been my nickname for him. Not at all manly or anything, but it's what always comes to my mind when he does something.
  10. Well at least the grand prize winner played by the rules, if you take his word for it. http://www.jsonline.com/n...milwaukee/122586209.html
  11. I agree, I think people are/were expecting a Sabathia type performance out of him, which isn't realistic. I think he's been fun to watch for the most part so far. I think fans were expecting better than a 6 ERA from the guy who won the AL Cy Young two years ago. Once he gets back to a respectable ERA I think people will appreciate him.
  12. Way to go Rickie! Would it be too greedy to ask for another one from Hart?
  13. What would you guys think about a lineup that would have Lucroy bat 2nd and Hart bat 5th for Casey, and move Casey down to 6th. I hope I am wrong, but I don't see Casey turning it around this year. Why not just flip Lucroy and McGehee? I understand Hart has more power, but I think he fits real well hitting second in our lineup. I also think having a high average guy behind our power hitters could be nice. If things are going right, Lucroy can single in Braun or Prince from third rather than have Corey swinging for the fences.
  14. Does it bother anyone else that Brian keeps saying, "in the home whites"? I know what he's saying, but come on, they're clearly wearing blue.
