    Nice day of baseball, espically given the season.

    Good in the fact that what comes back doesn't require a major commitment of money. Knight and Luke will do ok. Still on fence of the lottery, but a couple on in-season trades can fix that.

    I see this team right now as "ok" on defense, but we will see much more zone and combo stuff than before. Scoring points could be a real issue and the obvious danger with that is BJ will end up trying to do that on his own.

    I think there could be an obvious mutual benifit for Corey and the 'Crew for a 2014 one-year contract. If a reasonable base + incentives can be agreed to. Now, what that combination would be, not so sure.

    I'd love to see Davis be the LF for the rest of 2013. If Aioki is moved, then open tryouts for RF.

    Except for the '76ers I agree with your post. I could see the Bucks being a #6, but falling all the way to #9 or #10 wouldn't be unrealistic either. I'm sure my goggles are impacting me again, but I see some solid pieces to build around, but to me building means as young as possible an acquiring many bodies with under 5 years of service as possible. Getting Delfino and Luke back is similar to the Brewers signing John Van Del Wal.

    Well, there isn't much point to pay him to leave unless we are going to use the space was my point. If the Bucks truly had a pla for that, Drew would have been gone at the start of FA. The Senator has to burn 12 million here, I hope there is a reason other than why not

    Drew Gooden has the best agent ever. Agreed that using the amnesty on Drew now doesn't make any sense...unless...there is quite a S&T coming where we take back expiring contracts. I'm cool with letting Hammond play with second round pick, but I get a little stressed out when he has cap room burning a hole in his pocket. This could end real poorly.

    If we could find another decent 3 w/o flipping Ersan (and play him as the 6th man), this team could make the playoffs...not to say that is a good thing.

    There has to be another deal for the 2/3. AK-47 would be a nice fit, but he is a 3. Wolters better be ready to rumble.

    Well, we know there will be no tanking in 2013-14, at least not intentional. I look at this team, as currenly constructed as more of a 1/2 team on offense. Larry is really going to have to improve with the ball in his hand and someone (Henson?) provide more scoring than expected. I'd assume at this point the Ersan might be the 6th-man. But since he really can't play anything but the #4, that will be an issue. There must be another deal out there we don't know about. Since the goal seems to be the 7 or 8 seed, this squad needs another shooter. On defense, I guess there will be improvement. I'd expect a lot more zone and combo (or junk) than we have seen in quite awhile.
