    Looks like snow this weekend, bitter cold next week and possibly a lot more snow the following weekend. Welcome to winter.

    The change is more likely because the sponsors not willing to pay for 40,000 bobbles when that many won't be given away. The Brewers probably love having all the extras - they use them for charity and promotional initiatives and might get a nice tax deduction for that.

    Probably the main reason to change logos is to sell more merch. Making the BiG logo the primary wouldn't really help with that because people can buy as much of that merch as they want right now. The Brewers basically have 2 full lines of merch with the 2 logos as things are now. Those of us who don't like the BiG have another option which lets them sell more merch. Can't see them going back to only one logo. They'd be more likely to create something totally new.

    And with the low attendance many games will have, you'd probably be able to move to better seats as well. Hope they do this every month.

    I'm guessing that it is the kind of deal that can easily be broken if he gets a big enough full time offer somewhere else.

    Maybe it's an orchestrated PR stunt and there will be Hank garden gnomes around the city... I'm guessing this press conference will be used to shill more unwanted Hank merch as well.

    As we've seen, it's very doubtful that anyone is going to stick around more than a few years if they're halfway decent. It's a stepping stone type of position for broadcasters.

    Caseworks makes nice wall displays for bases. I have the base used as first base from the Brewers first playoff game win in 26 years from 2008. Full of dirt, looks great. Also have a base signed by Jeter from a Red Sox/Yankees game.
