I stand by the statements that I made. That's all I have to say.

Don, my qualms are with the entire concept, and your one little disclaimer doesn't change anything for me. I think that it's a great thing for this site to be the best place out there for knowledgeable discussion about the Brewers, but it should be that way because people decide to give us that respect, not because we demand it of them. Maybe I overvalue modesty, but if someone says that you are good at something, it just seems to be in bad form to reply, "Hell yeah, I know. Aren't I freaking awesome?! It's great being better than everyone else." Brewerfan.net is a product. And even though it is not really here to generate money, it is still important to value the potential customer. And alienating them by acting as if we're better than them is not the way to do it.

Yes, it is. Even if you're 10,000 times better than someone else, that doesn't mean that you should act like it. It's a little thing called civility.

Does anybody know what the status of Hardy's back is? He hasn't played in like a week.

I say we trade him for prospects.

How do you get the Uecker casts for every game? Does it come with video? Gameday Audio on MLB.com costs $14.95 for the entire season, which allows you to listen to the live (and archived) broadcasts of all the games and all of the teams' announcers. And the Spring Training for the following year is thrown in free of cost.

Anybody want to tell me what happened in the 11 run inning? I missed it this afternoon, so I'll listen to the archive and give the play-by-play for that inning. Here we go: Bottom 7th Brewers 3, Mariners 3 Carvajal replaces Mateo Gross walks Clark strikes out Hardy homers, Gross scores; 5-3 Weeks hit by pitch With Sorensen batting, Weeks steals second Sorensen singles, Weeks scores; 6-3 Hall walks, Sorensen to second With Rotino batting, Sorensen steals third Rotino singles, Sorenses scores, Hall to second; 7-3 Nelson walks, Hall to third, Rotino to second Bumstead replaces Carvajal Johnson walks, Hall scores, Rotino to third, Nelson to second; 8-3 Gross singles, Rotino scores, Nelson to third, Johnson to second; 9-3 Cruz singles, Nelson scores, Johnson scores, Gross to second; 11-3 Iribarren grounds into force, Cruz out at second, Gross to third Gwynn homers, Gross scores, Iribarren scores; 14-3 Sorensen strikes out. End of 7 Brewers 14, Mariners 3

Daron seemed to really enjoy telling that story for some reason.

Gwynn goes deep; whoda thunk it?

Check the updating play-by-play post earlier in the thread.

where has Prince been the last few days? Hurt? It's just a minor elbow strain, mentioned here, 'bout halfway down.

Angels winning 2-0 in the bottom of the third, Zumwalt currently pitching. EDIT: I'm way too late.

Can anyone else get the Giants game feed? The only Brewers one I can get is for the Angels game.

I can try to do play-by-play, but only up until about 3:40, then I gotta leave.

According to this, it's gonna be Daron. I do hope they also have Gameday.

When I first saw this thread, I nearly wept with joy.

I don't know how long it has been like this, (maybe always and I'm just realizing it for the first time) but the Power 50 looks kinda weird. I seem to recall it alternating colors (white and gray) every other player, but now the whole thing is just gray and it's awfully hard to distinguish one player from the other. Or is this somehow a problem at my end?

Yeah, looks like the problem is fixed.

Same here, anything except the message board gives me the same message: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y106/brewers19/Error.jpg At least I know it's not a problem at my end.

My computer already has Quicktime, and yet it still just gives me a browser window of a monstrous list of random letters and numbers. EDIT: I went into Quicktime, went to 'Open URL' in the File menu, and pasted the direct video link in there; works perfectly now.

To be honest, I'd almost appreciate the cruel irony if this thread turned into an argument about the Branyan thread.

Forever no.

Rather than start a new thread, I'll just point out here that the Affiliate History has Indy as our AAA affiliate in 2005 and 2006.
