  1. Imagine having the farm system they had and money they’ve spent at that record.
  2. Hopefully he doesn’t completely crap out on us like sheets and give us no value. Ugh
  3. thanks for that. Makes a lot of sense-I have been working on my cutter throwing it to 11u players so maybe I could help him 😂
  4. I may have missed the analysis, but why is burnes k/9 rate down so much? Is his spin rate down?
  5. Apparently good adames was a one night only special.
  6. I think the brewers are just trying show the packers up with their reluctance to draft a WR in the first round. The brewers simply refuse to draft a 1b
  7. I realize that- laporta was the most recent. And it’s only been Prince and laporta this century 🤪
  8. No. When did we last draft a first basemen? It seems like Matt Laporta was the last higher pick. this crap we see on the field is a result
  9. rowdy obviously wants to see hiura back in the majors
  10. I know it’s been said before but those of us that wanted to trade the big three this off-season aren’t looking high and mighty, but we’re certainly in the right.
  11. I was considering watching it since I haven’t paid but certainly will not be turning it on now 🤮
  12. Yelich with an OPS over .800 and Urias with a single when it counts are two Things I didn’t see happening again
  13. Adames must be upset they called his trade a win-win. We’re not getting anything for him
  14. I’m not ready to write off the cardinals, but the balanced schedule benefits us and has exposed them. They can’t win offensive battles against the big boys on the coasts like they could in the central. And as we saw last night, great pitching doesn’t care who we play.
  15. Why? The balanced schedule is killing these mediocre and bad teams in this division. I think the cardinals are being exposed the most. Unfortunately this may mean we don’t trade Burnes because it’ll be almost impossible to fall out of the division race IMO
  16. I feel like year after year, 3-4 scrubs on the giants have an OPS higher than nearly every player on the brewers. weren’t we supposed to copy their hitting facility?
  17. each year we acquire guys who should kill soft tossing lefties and each year the same thing happens. I feel like we could bring back Braun/weeks/hardy/hart in their prime and they’d struggle too.
  18. This only means he’ll have a 1.800 OPS against LHP going forward because righties hit lefties regardless of what the splits say. 😁
  19. At this point the more surprising non trade would be one of frelick, Mitchell and Wiemer IMO. we have what the blue jays want in a left hitting outfielder and pitching. They have the catching we want. So naturally it won’t happen ?
  20. This is quite possibly the best way they can acquire a true 3/4 hitter for a year. They can’t pay judge and he’s the only free agent that can be that guy. Trades? Sure they could find a few 3/4 hitters trading burnes and woodruff. I see this as their best shot at a cleanup hitter without going into a rebuild. Everyone clamoring to “go for it” but then they shuffle the roster and bring in a guy with a strong possibility to succeed and we want more?
  21. Can we stop fighting about the possible career arc of a very good prospect on our team? What strange tangents these days.
  22. Work ethic for winker will certainly be solved by the fact that he’s a free agent after this season. I love this trade, amazing they gave up on winker already
  23. We’re saving the overwhelming package of lindbloom and severino for soto, bell and their first round picks for the next ten years ?
  24. We’re saving the overwhelming package of lindbloom and severino for soto, bell and their first round picks for the next ten years ?
  25. How bout we add Brantley and push Yelich to the three hole? Then he’ll “deserve” the mvp once he has rbis
