  1. Not that I am a huge fan but I thought something like a Dave and Busters would've gone well in there. Something for the adults and the kids. Thats what the Game is for. Im not going to Miller Park to play games and eat food. Im going to watch a baseball game. That’s great. For you. I am the same way. But for a lot of others, not so much.
  2. If he's truly the Packers' #1 choice, options = leverage There are options and there is begging. He had "options" when he could have had an interview with Cincinnati.
  3. I find it really odd that a coach like McDaniels would put it out there almost begging for an interview. Just strange to me.
  4. I love Happ but will not miss his free throws.
  5. They need to widen out that road so the shuttles can get in and out more efficiently.
  6. Yep. Too many third down calls were plays designed for big yardage chunks instead of just getting the first down. I'm all for taking the occasional shot on third and short, but you can't make a living off it like the Packers tried to do this year. Man, some of the twitter feeds I follow show our short third-down plays and the routes the WR's are running, wow. It is just simply amazing at times. Frustrating because you don't need to be an NFL coach or mind to realize they are not high percentage makes. Now I don't know where that falls on (MM, Philbin, Rodgers) but it has to change next season to be more consistent.

  8. A one seed wins the NCAA tourney a lot of the time too. So what? They played their way to a championship at the end of it.
  9. League minimum salary on the east coast. Fun stuff.
  10. Great take. Agreed. Hopefully it is a sign of a new direction.
  11. It’s not about this one player or any conspiracy theory. It’s just discussing why a player like him had really no interest in Milwaukee.
  12. Helps that like 15% of the population is Asian and it is one of the most diverse cities there is. Milwaukee is like 3% Asian and is the most segregated place in the US. Can’t be much of a selling point.
  13. Matt LaFleur is the only one I’m interested in so far from the list.
  14. I guess it’s because he’s seemingly done a lot with nothing there. Without looking, can anyone name 3 players for the Dolphins? I’d be interested in a guy that had a lot of success with an aging HOF QB. Tannehill, Drake, Wilson, Gore, Amendola, Stills, Parker are the offensive players I can think of without looking. Gase kept running 90-year old Gore over Drake. Wouldn’t bold well for those that got after MM for not using Jones.
  15. Why is Adam Gase so intriguing to a lot of people? His team got worse over his tenure in Miami. His only real claim to fame is when he had Peyton Manning running his show. I don’t get it.
  16. Detroit should see if the Titans have any interest in Stanford.
  17. This right here to me is what a small rebuild would be described as although you might be being light on only needing to fill 5-6 holes to be a playoff team again. It is filling the holes PLUS finding depth moves on top of it. Not only that but with a new coach comes new philosophy and there might be players we think are quality that might not be here next year. Lots of moving pieces going to be in place very soon. I think the rebuilding really did begin last year- they set themselves up to have a huge, important offseason this year. And for holes? RT, RG, safety, 2 edge rushers, and a veteran WR.... If they address those holes, what else keeps them out of the playoffs? Both safeties, I wouldn’t count on King as a starter so CB. Gets you up to 8 of 22 starting positions that need to be addressed. Along with many of the depth pieces. That’s a big turnover.

  19. That lame PI that gave the Vikes 3 points stinks. Bears have nothing to play for in second half with the Rams blowing out 9ers
  20. Was he? Didn’t he have to deal with the Favre un-retirement disaster like immediately? And is missing the playoffs two consecutive years after making it 8 straight really a dumpster fire? We can make excuses for him but he allowed Thompson to run our depth into the ground. And while it is all pure speculation about demeantia, you’d have to be pretty blind to see that Thompson didn’t even look right in those last couple of years. That falls squarely on Murphy for letting it go so long. It’s killed Rodgers later years so far and if he didn’t get Gute right and he flops on the next head coach, we are headed back to no-wheresville of a franchise. It’s truly a scary time knowing Murphy controls all of that because I think he’s a bum. I won’t get started on the Favre stuff because Murphy has poop in his pants on that one also.
  21. Well it worked for my little league team to have our best player play there so it should work for the Brewers.
  22. Not enough air under the deep balls is the problem. Heck, even under thrown balls would’ve been more productive = PI
  23. Murphy is a bum. I have zero faith in his decision making. But hey, at least he thinks he is qualified.
