Broxton isn't needed IMO either but in saying that he will probably have some huge play at some point to prove me wrong.

I agree with topper09er. And it is a big reason why people will still call Counsell a dummy even though he led a team of misfits to the NL leading record and home field throughout.

Anyone know if you bought SRO tickets if they will allow you to trade those in for a seat they still have open?

Hoping that only having 11 pitchers doesn't bite us in the keyster but I like the strategy.

Wish I would’ve pulled the trigger on season seats.

I am pretty sure I heard the radio guys say Noon Eastern time. But, my listening skills have failed me before.

Are we sure it's not a certain poster that used to troll these boards? These shaming posts are sooooo similar. Welcome to the boards. Hopefully we are not too toxic for you to continue to post here...

I’m getting a HighHeat19 vibe all over again.

    Are we talking Wily Peralta?

Move Shaw to 1B, Schoop to 2B, and Moustakas to 3B and Jesus back to being the sultan of swat coming off the bench or move him if someone believes in his pre all start stretch.

Sounds like another offseason of hoping we don’t sign a pitcher.

    Love it.

[sarcasm]I've been telling you that the innings he's logged will pay dividends in the future as you wanted him shipped off to AAA. Can I get a pat on the back?[/sarcasm] Yes, of course. But ... I also remember you anointing Brad Miller as the solution to the team's SS troubles. So you only get one pat The fun part of all of this is we could go on for awhile with this.

Out of curiosity, will he be fined for his in-game tweet? Not sure how all that works.

My observation is that a lot of people love our team facing a lefty because they feel more comfortable but our stats are almost identical against left handed pitching (I think they are actually better). The platoon is working (so far) and I love that we have that depth to pull it off.

I bought some SRO tickets for a couple of the games as I like to move around anyways. But I will be interested to see how busy it really is to see the game. Hopefully it's not too bad so I don't see any of the game.

I don't know, the way Nelson slammed that tall boy has me thinking he might win the Cy Young next season.

If you have an "ace" or "aces" you just pitch them, no matter what the match ups are. Does anyone believe that Stearns wanted to play match ups come post season? Maybe he stumbled upon something, I don't know. We will find out shortly.

I don't think there is anything wrong with pointing out his negatives as long as they don't blind someone from the positives. Humans struggle in every career path.

Good for Baez. He’s trying to rally his troops and I fully expect Brewers fans to take those words and make this a huge deal. It’s what fans will do. Let’s go Rockies!

I like that Counsell has mystery to his decisions. Fans do not need to know everything. I don't know why we have gotten to this point in fandom, but it just doesn't need to happen.
  24. pacopete4
I know people want as many Brewers fans at games but honestly, there's really nothing you can do when selling them on the secondary market. If Cubs fans are able to buy mine because of dumb game times, then I guess it is what it is.

Someone will snatch him up if he has interest in still being a manager.
