1 game. We just have to make up 1 game. Here we go!

The story about Shaw and his daughter is heartbreaking and it completely sucks. Hoping for the best there as no parent should ever have to go through what he is. Also might explain his second half.
-
If this is true, someone needs to dig deeper and find out more information and get to the bottom of any connection this may have with the outcome of games. Is this what we are resorting to now? Cripes. Season must be over. We? I don't work for the Brewers. I said games because if something is happening at one game that doesn't add up, it probably is at other games too. More of a MLB issue than just a Brewer issue.

Rockies win. Now 2 GB of the WC. Crap.

I have a friend that works the games and this person wouldn't lie about it. Was seen firsthand. I believe you. Did they take some photos? If so they should bring it to a journalist at a newspaper.

Annnd the Cardinals have a better record than us now. Just to make the last three games that much more frustrating. If we aren't going to get that 2nd WC, I sure hope the Rockies hold onto it.

I'm not sure what the hold up is on this issue. Just put up the netting already. Some will whine and complain for about a year, maybe longer. After 4-5 years, most won't even remember there was a day without the netting. Not sure why the MLB is dragging their feet.

Yeah I just said this to my father five minutes ago. It seems pretty sad. I get the market of Cubs fans is much larger than ours but it just doesn't sit well. And in what environment does the 5th largest city in North America (3rd largest City in the US) sit 1-2 hours from the 31st largest. I always find it odd how this shocks people. Cost of living is higher in Chicago, which means drastically cheaper seats in MKE compared to what they pay at Wrigley. I don't think it shocks either one of us that discussed this. I don't want to speak for adam but it was more of a discussion because it just flat out stinks to have your park invaded when you're trying to make a run at the post season. That's all.

Well said. Agree for the most part. Hard to take a step back and see this season for what it is but they have played hard all year.
-
Brewers just doing Brewer things. This couldn't be more frustrating. It's comical the things these guys do on a nightly basis.
-
The MLB should limit the amount of trips a catcher can make. Gets out of hand.
-
Sogard trying to bunt. Lol yes, let's just play to tie it up. Stupid baseball strategy there.
-
Perez with a walk. We are gonna win!

Dont be silly Haha unlike you, I'm actually laughing. Not calling for Counsell to be fired or Knebel to be strung up in front of Miller Park. So relax there champ and carry on.
-
A walk. A flipping walk. Lol screw this.

It's that kind of mentality the Brewers have that has led to a 4-10 extra inning record this year. I'd love to see it but when players go up there thinking home run or bust, 9 times out of 10 it's bust. The reason they are 4-10 in extra innings is because their bullpen is terrible. Here are their losing pitchers in the 10 losses: Torres 1 Drake 3 Peralta 2 Feliz 1 Barnes 1 Hughes 2 This list of names. Man oh man. It's just too bad Stearns didn't do a better job this past offseason of finding a bullpen.
-
And now Knebel over throwing.
-
Ugh. Ball four there. I will be watching but I wish I could turn this off. Just hurts the heart so much to watch this season slip away one painful loss at a time.
-
Right there with ya man. I think many of us are. This offense just doesn't seem to have the right mix to win these types of games very often. Could have made the entire difference of this season.
-
Who pitches the 10th, Drake? Torres?
-
I feel like you ask this same question every time a game is close. He's not wrong.
-
Keep Bryant on deck, please!
-
He was safe.
