I think you're the one that needs to "chill out." You're taking everything way too seriously. My post condescending? Come on man. It was very light hearted to begin with. But there's a reason he's the GM and we are at home in our undies on a message board. Fans panic constantly. We over value players all the time. It's okay. A trade will most likely happen and we can debate it then but to sit here and complain that you're nervous or concerned that they have missed a window is just a little nuts. Literally no one knows if there even has been a legit offer for Lucroy to begin with. Oh and comparing our new GM who has had no issues shipping guys out to a GM we had before him is also very silly. Let the man do his job. Then be reactionary.

Keep that negative crap outta here! We're .500 thru 8 and we are playing some pretty solid baseball. Some horrible loses but they've bounced back twice to play good games the following day. Really nice to see. Fun season so far.

Jeffress with the save. Nice bounce back game from the Crew. Let's get this series tomorrow Peralta!
  4. pacopete4
Santana smoked that ball, wow. Another trade that will pay dividends many times over I feel. Get looooose Jeffress!
  5. pacopete4
Anderson works around it to give us a quality start. Three runs but none were earned. Liking that trade every start so far!
  6. pacopete4
Did Gennett just make a tougher play? Lol
  7. pacopete4
Gennett or Santana need to catch that ball. Not much help for Anderson tonight who has pitched well in his first two starts as a Brewer.
  8. pacopete4
Now if only he could run down a foul ball. Or catch a throw lower than his knee caps. But yeah, I love his power. Fun to watch.

    OMG a lead!! Braun-Lucroy-Carter!!!
  10. pacopete4
    He hit 99mph? Wowzahs!

Stearns is a better poker player than anyone on these boards. Relax people. Reeeeelax.

Yes, this is a positive post thread. And Yes, the current FO is doing a good job with the rebuild so far. But come on!!! The Brewers are further away then those 2 pieces. Although they are winning games now, I feel confident that the Reds will crash back very hard and end up in last place with roughly 105 loses this season... Add Nottingham, Lopez, Davies and Hader and we have ourselves a playoff push.

I'm not saying give up on Jungmann at all. I actually like him quite a bit. You trot him out there in another 5 days. But yesterday this game was all but lost after the 3rd because we tried to get through as many innings with him as we could. And for no real reason. You have a day off today and you have guys like Cravy, Cappy, etc... who are a dime a dozen so use them and try to hold the fort and just maybe the offense could've got going. Chances are we still lose by a bunch but it might give you a punchers chance.

Because CC lacks creativity like most managers. Set in their ways with how staffs are used. That game should've been pieced together from the 2nd inning on. Right away when he was in trouble in the second. You have the day off tomorrow and a guy like Cravy is going no where. Send him down if you blow him out early in the season and get the next rag arm up. Stupid managing and a horrible start today didn't give this team a prayer at competiting.

Good thing for the day off tomorrow. Make an adjustment Jungmann. Lucroy maybe try setting up off the plate here and there. Brutal.
  16. pacopete4
This feels like every other year when we play the Cardinals. It got old a long time ago.
  17. pacopete4
Lucroy is not helping his trade value early this season. Horrible throwing so far and bat is just meh.
  18. pacopete4
This Fox Sports Go is absolutely brutal. How in the world can they not figure out how to stream games better in 2016 is beyond me. Paying them enough, that's for sure.
  19. pacopete4
This team offensively is a Phillips and an Arcia away from being contenders!
  20. pacopete4
Walsh looks to be this years guy that will rot at the end of the bench. Shame too because he could be something. Lets get a W today!
  21. pacopete4
By the time it is time for Arcia to come up (either in September or next season) we will know whether or not Rivera is in the plans for this Brewers organization. It is a nice start for him and hope it continues. If he reverts back to a subpar bat, he might have a chance to stick as a utility guy based on his defense.

BREWERS WIN!!! Another great outing from Jimmy, the pen does their job, and the Crew with another patient day at the plate. 3-3 to begin the year against two good teams. I'll take it. Now off to STL and those annoying Cardinals.
  23. pacopete4
Blazek going right after Correa. Love it. Get loose Jeffress!
  24. pacopete4
Man. That stinks. NEVER double clutch on a throw. Dang it Blazek.
  25. pacopete4
Thornburg looks great out of the pen early this season. Possibly a late inning reliever this team needs.
