Pretty sad the Oakland A’s have spent more money then us, so far.
  2. DR28
Well we do have to spend money on some MLB signings.
  3. DR28
The more I read on Brian Anderson the more I want him as our 3B.... He's still a damn good player and I'm sure could be had for cheap... Anderson at 3B and Urias at 2b would strengthen this team. Yelich Adames Winker Contreras Tellez Anderson Urias Taylor Mitchell That is a contending lineup!
  4. DR28
Yea I really want either Anderson or Longoria as our 3B for 2023... More so Anderson, younger and bigger upside... He would look great in our lineup behind Winker, Contreras and Tellez... Anderson was damn good player 18-20, he battled injuries in 21 and 22.
  5. DR28
    Longo
  6. DR28
Another one off the board... I mean we're gonna sign someone to a ML deal right????????????????
  7. DR28
    Drury to Angels, 2 yr $17 M.
  8. DR28
Right I agree... I really believe we will extend Woody and then trade Burnes at some point... Burnes will easily get $250-$350 M from some team, just isnt gonna be us... It's really too bad!
  9. DR28
And it's real sad to think about how we'll most likely be losing 2 horses in a season or two... MLB payrolls are just a joke.
  10. DR28
If could work out a deal with Marlins, I would love Rogers in return... Package something around Mitchell +. Getting Rogers would make me feel a lot better about losing Burnes and most likely Woodruff as well in the coming years... Peralta/Rogers/Ashby, yea that would be a great young trio!
  11. DR28
Brian you mean? Yes I would love to add him as our 3B.
  12. DR28
If were trading anyone, please be Mitchell. We need to keep our studs of Frelick, Chourio and Wiemer... Just thinking of that OF, my god!
  13. DR28
Would like to add him but guessing since his market is active, he won't be a Brewer.
  14. DR28
Drury market is very active I guess... But I'm guessing he won't be in Milwaukee.
  15. DR28
Drury's market is very active... Bet he'll be off the board in the next couple days... Depending on the price, I would really like to add him.
  16. DR28
Agreed, Rosenthal would be a great addition to bullpen... We traded for him for a reason, mine as well bring him back for 2023 season to see why we traded for him. Bush, Rosenthal and Williams would be a killer back end of bullpen... Ton of Ks, good set up guys for Devin.

Thank god, can stop all this JT talk… He’s close to deal with Red Sox. He was never coming here anyway.
  18. DR28
If we get someone like Brian Anderson to play 3B, I'm totally fine moving Urias to 2B. Anderson seems like a perfect fit on this team, gets on base and plays decent D... Give me Anderson's 2019 season all day. Yelich Adames Winker Contreras Tellez Anderson Urias Taylor Mitchell That is a contending lineup! And could be one of the best offense’s we’ve had in awhile!
  19. DR28
Arraez is a terrible defender... He's 1B only.
  20. DR28
I could see this type of contract for Woody… But Corbin is for sure getting $200M+. We should sign Woodruff to a similar contract right now… I just have this feeling we lock up one of ours Aces, Brandon is most likely.
  21. DR28
Our offense is MUCH improved with the additions of Winker and Contreras.
  22. DR28
Well said, I dont see who either... If we add more... Give me Wil Myers to play RF... Again I'm totally good with Urias as our 3B and I believe in Turang at 2B.
  23. DR28
If we're looking to add one more dude... I would love to see Wil Myers as our everyday RF and then vs LHP he can play 1B.
  24. DR28
Yep right! Urias had a great 2021 season... Dude is a 3 WAR player, not sure what else we want from our 3B... To acquire someone gonna cost $ or legit prospects.
  25. DR28
I dont understand the not wanting Urias as our 3B... Dude is a good fielder, good hitter with power... Yea he's small in size but so is Mookie Betts. with adding Winker and Contreras to the middle of our order, I'm good with Urias at 3B and Taylor in RF.
