Just read on MLBTradeRumors about Stearns saying he's laregly content with the guys we have in the rotation... Yea I truely dont see Cobb being added. My guess is... Anderson Davies Chacin Woodruff Miley With Jimmy coming back Why did Jimmy have to dive again??? Otherwise we would be in great shape.

Agreed... All they need is another SP to go with Manaea and Graveman... Bullpen is very deep and Offense is very good now.

I saw that too. That's a game changer in my opinion, I'd go as far as to say it's likely that Guerra opens in AAA rotation now. Anderson Davies Chacin Miley Gallardo Look more likely by the day. Please no on Yo... Im guessing Woodruff/Suter battle for 5th spot.

Rough estimate, but probably 85% of Brewers fans feel the same way. It just gets dicey when you start bringing in how much they cost. Everyone has their breaking point of what they'd like the Brewers to pay for those guys services. We should find out (maybe) soon. Agreed... Yep I hope so!

Aren’t you tired of this yet? If HH19 nails it, great. We will all crack a beer. But man, just chill a bit. I totally respect everyone's right to believe what they want. I just find it a bit silly that we pine to message board posters for information but when our own GM literally says we have nothing in the works and probably no more big moves coming, we just dismiss it. Myself, I'm a bit tired of the gossip train, between message boards and Twitter these last 2 months have personally felt like baseball's version of the National Enquirer. My personal opinion is that Stearns has a lot of faith in Derek Johnson to revive the careers of Miley and Guerra, while he also remains open to adding a starter if the right player becomes available at his price. You really think Stearns is gonna tip his hand in an interview? Come on.

Know what? There's nothing to know at this point. Maybe that will change in the next few weeks. Could change but Stearns was pretty adamant that at this point he anticipates heading into 2018 with this group. So you not wondering what the 3/42 that HH posted means?

Injury history? Outside of his TJ 2016 season, he's made at least 30 or more starts every year. You act as having TJ surgery less than two years ago isn’t a big deal. And then you couple that with a drop in velocity and creeping over 30 years of age. Even when you list his ERA’s (which isn’t the greatest metric), do you notice the trend? It’s got worse, by quite a bit, each season. I know it is... But year after TJ he made 33 starts.

Yea he gave up 27 HRs last year but his ERA was still only 3.43... And 3.03 in 2015, 2.74 in 2014... What's not to like about that?
