Brinson has looked bad in a few AB's. But in some others he has looked really good taking a couple of walks in some deep counts and spitting on some tough breaking balls. Got to keep giving him AB's so he can work through it.
Santana makes sense in the leadoff spot. Although I also really like him 5th. I remember at the start of last season they went with Santana in the leadoff spot.
I will also say he has hit a lot of balls hard that have been outs. Last year had more luck, this year been unlucky. But yeah he seems to be swinging and missing a lot more this season. But I'm still on the Villar bandwagon.
I still believe in Villar and think he's a good player. Maybe not quite as good as his 2016, but much better than his 2017 so far. I would keep playing him but maybe move him down to 8, or even bat pitcher 8 and bat Villar 9. Just until he gets his stuff back together at the plate.
If anyone has an extra Jedi Keon bobble, would trade the Gorman Storm Trooper from last year or the Braun All-Star Season Seat Holder exclusive from last year for it. PM me, thanks.
If I'm home and not outside playing with the kids, I watch as much as I can. And for sure watch after they go to bed around 8:30pm. Watching full games on TV just is not as easy as it was pre-kids four years ago. I also go to 20 or so games a season.
When I went to the game last night, they had green pepper mixed in with the onion at the condiment stand. Anyone else see this? What kind of monster does that? I wanted onion on my hot dogs but I wasn't touching it with green pepper.
I for sure think they should keep Aguilar, but I'm not not going to get too excited yet. I remember other guys who had hot springs and then did NOTHING after. Brad Nelson, Chris Duffy, etc.
