  1. The Rumble match was pretty bad, but it won't overshadow for me how incredible the triple threat was between Lesnar/Rollins/Cena. That was as good as it gets for a triple threat match. Better than the HHH/Benoit/Michaels at WM20 and better than Orton/Bryan/Batista at WM30. And those two were really, really good.
  2. I was shocked that they were selling 02' Sexson, 03' Hammonds, 06' Miller and 06' Turnbow bobbles at the Community Foundation table for $5 each! I picked up a Hammonds since the one I had did not have a box. Wonder where they unearthed these from the bowels of Miller Park. Other than that I bought a Colorado Springs Sky Sox t-shirt and picked up one of those The Batman and Robin posters from one of the vendors for $40. In pretty good shape to, just a small bend crease on it. Thinking about taking it to the Molitor signing at Legends of The Field this weekend and then getting Yount on it next time he is in town for a signing of some sort.
  3. Used to always get preferred in advance at the ticket windows for $14. Such a great deal. Hell, even at $16 it will be a good deal compared to game day prices.
  4. I'm concerned with the drop in velo as well. But Papelbon's numbers were quite impressive last season. If it doesn't cost them a top prospect and Phillies throw in cash, I say they should absolutely do this trade. Personally would rather have Papelbon than K-Rod.
  5. Seems like a pretty decent haul from what I have read on these three guys. I Like that Knebel can step into the pen right away, Sardinas gives middle infield depth and Diplan has some promise although a long way away. If they go get Shields or Zimmerman now that would be cool (although I wouldn't do it personally), but if I not I am totally cool with Nelson getting his chance at the rotation now. I have a lot of fond memories of Gallardo, he was a good pitcher for a lot of years. Wish him the best in Texas, but I like that Doug dealt him and got value before it was too late with another free agent to be.
  6. Lucroy and Darth Vader. Two of my favorite people in one picture.
  7. Here were my favorites in 2014. Foo Fighters "Sonic Highways" The Black Keys "Turn Blue" Jack White "Lazaretto" Rise Against "The Black Market"
  8. Bunch of wrestling news and rumors sites reporting that Sting is supposed to debut at Survivor Series tomorrow. No idea what role, but he is supposed to be on the PPV. Should be fun and interesting at least.
  9. Really good triple threat match for the IC Title on SmackDown last night. Ziggler, Cesaro and Tyson Kidd really put on a show.
  10. Pretty happy with all the choices this season. No real complaints, I hope they have a good mix of choices for the fans choice one.
  11. A lot of people inside baseball are praising this hire by the Brewers. That is a good thing to hear as a fan.
  12. I would welcome back A-Ram for any sort of 1 year deal. Then I would like to see them sign LaRoche to play 1B on a 2 year deal and use Jason Rogers off the bench in the role Reynolds filled in 2014 as the backup 1B/3B.
  13. Anything with Ambrose and Lesnar is gold, except Brock has not been around since the PPV. The rest is pretty "meh" right now. Really wish we would see Bryan and/or Punk back at some point soon. But that seems like a long shot.
  14. Wow, Rogers getting the start at 1B. I like it. Like this lineup vs a LHP. Hopefully they have some runs in them today and Gallardo can deal like he did last time out vs Pitts.
  15. I decided last minute to not pay the deposit. I went back and forth but the slide was too much for me. I thought well, if they still somehow get in I will hopefully get tickets for a game through the lottery. Still gonna renew my 20 pack for 2015, just didn't want to give them the money this early.
  16. Still love the Brewers despite this collapse. Only six more games to enjoy before the long winter will set in and I will be dreaming of Brewers baseball again. I expect few runs to be scored tonight with the two pitchers on the mound. But that is par for the course lately with this team. Pitching gives up few, offense scores few, if any.
  17. I have searched and searched and can't find this game anywhere online. Really wish I could. Anyone have a copy or know where to find one?
  18. So they did retros of the Henderson and Segura, but not of Lohse? I don't get that. I get not doing Gomez and Scooter since they were special to begin with (gold glove, camo uni).
  19. So BBC tells me he would only sign the poster provided and then he signed anything. Crap. I totally would have gone.
  20. I got Luc on a ball at Robert Haack Diamonds in Glendale in 2012. He was signing one item that day, but it was whatever you wanted. I think when he did the signing at the team store it was one item, but whatever you wanted. Not sure why this BBC signing is different.
  21. For anyone wanting to attend the signing at BBC this Saturday the 23rd, I emailed them and found out he will only be signing the poster provided. You can't bring any items with you. Kind of stinks.
  22. I think he is a lock for the Silver Slugger, has a chance at the Gold Glove and the MVP. How awesome would it be for Luc to be an All-Star and take home the SS, GG, MVP. What a season.
