    I to have given up hope at Gamel even getting one shot to start. I just don't get what it could hurt to give him one start and see what he can do. I think all it could do is help with as bad as Hall and Counsell have been. I understand he is a rookie and only has two big league AB's. But the guess Ned keeps trotting out there have many AB's and are not doing anything productive.

    I'm in this for the long haul. I have watched them stink for so long I won't let me self not be along for the ride when they do get to the promised land. When that is? Well I hope this season. But they better pull their heads out of their behinds and start getting it done. And oh yeah if they don't go the playoffs this season, Yost is as good as done.

    I'm just going to see what happens and hope for the best. I'd still rather be the Brewers than the Cardinals or Phillies and so would they. That is actually very well said Russ. It does put things in perspective a bit. But I'm still a little nervous.

    Full panic mode. I still think we can do it, but we just find new ways to lose every night now.

    No kidding. Does Ned think because Kendall hit his 2nd HR he might hit another one? I don't care if Gamel, Nelson and Escobar are "rookies". I personally feel more confident in them getting a big hit then Counsell or Kendall.

    Yup probably. Which is dumb, Gamel ripped a double Sunday of course they won't let him take a hack. Ned wouldnt want to hurt hi veterans feelings.
