  1. Hey Ned, maybe Cameron should come in to play CF late in a game your winning?
  2. Lots of men left on base. Nothing new there. I guess the Brewers are consistent at something.
  3. Hardy should never try bunting for a hit ever again.
  4. With Francis going tomorrow for the Rocks of course Hall will be in. If he does nothing tomorrow, I say give him his wish and trade him for something. At least dump that contract if we can. Then when he is gone Branyan/Dillon platoon.
  5. Cameron looked pretty awful again tonight. His average is almost at Weeks status.
  6. What do you know, Hall tries pulling an outside pitch. He sure isn't "proving" that he should play everyday. Trade him! That's what he wants.
  7. One night were about to win our 7th straight and then lose. Tonight the game was over before it ever got going. Just really stinks.
  8. And the Rocks continue to pour it on. Sometimes I wonder why I love the Brewers and baseball so much? I mean I love them, but have they ever loved me back?
  9. It's like you read my mind. After last nights devastating loss I had a very bad feeling about Bush and this game tonight. If we win last night and actually win tonight with those two Cubs losses what would we be, 4 back only?
  10. And the thing is, the Brewers do this all the time to pitchers like that. They just can't hit them and make them look great yet everyone else seems to pound them. I'm just so frustrated now. I really thought against a very weak Colorado team we could sweep or at least get 2 of 3 even on the road. I feel sick.
  11. Yeah I pretty much would also like to trade Bill. He gets chances and still does nothing with them. I can't believe I though they would go 4-2 on this trip before it started.
  12. I guess I could have cared less. But it was funny that he finished so bad after his trainer and just about everyone else thought it was a for gone conclusion that he would win. I was starting to wonder why they even wanted to run the race. No one gave the field a chance. My buddy lost $200 on the race.
  13. You know I was thinking the same thing. At least Rickie has a chance to hit one out or drive a ball.
  14. This team is just unable of performing well on the road. I used to think we could snap out of the road woes but I just have my doubts now. If we go 1-5 or 0-6 on this trip maybe Yost will finally get canned.
  15. What a joke of a game. I'm just starting to finally realize that this team will not win on the road. No matter how great they play in Miller Park they go on the road and just lose it.
  16. I hope Dillard stays. He has done nothing wrong yet to be demoted. He actually has looked pretty sharp.
  17. Yeah, Will's writing style sucked me in right away. That is why I can't get enough of his book. It is just written so well and interesting.
  18. My fiancee and I live only a few miles from my parents house and we live in an apartment with no basement. So as I write this I am in my parents basement with them and my two dogs.
  19. This was the kind of loss that usually sends this team into a tailspin. Could be a 1-5 trip now. I just have a very bad feeling. I predicted 4-2 in another thread. But man I didn't expect the first loss to come this quick in this fashion.
  20. Hopefully Bush learned from Sheets last night that you have to use your curve sparingly if at all in Colorado. Just keep the ball down.
  21. It was bad enough that he went with Mota in the first place over using Villa for another inning. But then he just leaves him out there after clearly seeing he was getting hit very hard. Just plain stupidity on Yost's part once again.
  22. McClung has had two very solid starts out of 3. So I have to go with Seth. In his two solid starts he had zero or minimized the walks. In his bad outing he had I believe 4 or 6 walks? It's simple if McClung throws strikes he is very effective and a very good #5. There is something about McClung I really like, he just has some kind of "it" in him. He has very good stuff its just a total matter of throwing strikes and not walking guys.
  23. Man I sure hope we bounce back after last nights pooh fest.
