Oh my God someone on in front of Braun. -
This microphone problem is getting annoying, very annoying.
-
Is the goal to get men on base for Weeks and Cameron and their sub .200 batting averages? Yosted before the game even starts! (I put it in blue but also somewhat mean it)
-
Brian and Bill I can't here you someone turn up their mics. Or maybe leave them off. Why is this blacked out on TBS?
-
Weakest hitting DH in history. That should be Russell Branyan in that spot, Gwynn in AAA.
-
Something has to give. Please Mark and Doug just put us all out of our miserys and fire Ned. I personally think that if they had not won 3 of 4 from the Cards and the first game of that LA series he may already be gone. I just hope he is gone either after tomorrow's game or no later then after the road trip. Promote Kremblas or Simmons. ----- Continued from: viewtopic.php?p=359020#p359020 Original Lead: viewtopic.php?t=12043

I'm also going golfing today and I'm very much looking forward to it.
-
Dude Series I'm hoping your right. I would love to not see Ned make the trip to Pittsburgh. However I expect they will at least give him the rest of this road trip.
-
Fire Ned. We just need to change something and it seems the most logical. Come on down Frank Kremblas.

Time to start looking at Melvin?
BrewCrewForever replied to bklynbrewcrew's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
I didn't like the Linebrink or the Estrada trades. Other then that I think Melvin has done a damn good job. -
I like Gwynn, but he just isn't useful on this team. Especially right now. We have two other guys that are backup OF's and we have a slap hitting lefty already in Counsell. It doesn't make sense, we need a power hitting lefty. Branyan fits that description.
-
God I hope we can hit the knuckleballer Wakefield. The thing with Wakefield is he is usually untouchable or you can pound him. I just hope it's one of those games where he gets pounded. We really need to win this so we don't go into tomorrow's game with a potential sweep on the line.

This from TH's Brewers Blog on jsonline.com. I understand you wouldn't want to call up Russ for the three game series this weekend because he would have to clear waivers for him to go back to Nashville but forget the three games he should just come up now Gwynn go down and go with that for the rest of the year.

I wonder what the lineup will look like for game #2?
-
Yeah pretty much, when Weeks and Cameron are hitting in front of you not very good odds someone will be on when you blast one. Sad cause Braun could have a bunch more RBI's if 1 or 2 guys would be on when he hits a blast.
-
This whole getting guys on and not getting hits with runners in scoring position is really start to tick me off.
-
Braun 3-4 all in a days work for him. Prince had a few hits and Cameron had the HR other then that just awful.
-
Agreed. On Cameron's HR they didn't even get excited are even mention it until it was already gone.
-
Maybe true but that sounds exactly like Hall, so where do you put him Here is the lineup I would like to see tried. I posted this earlier in this thread: 1. Kendall- C 2. Hardy- SS 3. Braun- LF 4. Fielder- 1B 5. Hart- RF 6. Cameron- CF 7. Hall- 3B 8. Weeks- 2B
-
You know I think since Cameron K's a decent amount has some pop and can drive in runs he would be better suited for the 6 or maybe 7 hole?
-
What's you trick? It didn't work for me when I asked for it in his last at bat with the bases loaded. I was hoping and had a little bit of a good feeling. Perhaps Prince who has been close can run into one and tie this game.
-
Oh my God I called it!
-
Maybe Cameron can run into one and cut the lead in half.
-
Even though were down only 4 this game has been embarrassing.
-
A couple runs here would be nice.
