I'm trying to figure our where some of Gallardo's pitches are missing. -
Here you go ilovebeer: Link

It would be sweet if Pujols and Rasmus got into a fight during the game. I don't blame Rasmus for wanting to be traded. I'm sure the Brewers would take him.
-
Nothing would be sweater then Yovani getting back on track against the hated Cardinals. Go Brewers and Happy Labor Day!
-
And they got him at a steal. All they gave up was Kevin Seitzer to Cleveland.
-
Good game so far. Burnitz the answer to the trivia question today. He was a pretty darn good player, I think very underrated. Sure he was on some awful teams, but without him those teams would have been a whole lot worse.
-
Exactly, and it gets those guys ready for next season. Get most of the growing pains out here in 2010 so they are set to go in 2011. I think we were spoiled with how good Ryan was right away. He is an exception, not a rule.

All I am hoping to get out of this game is seeing Gamel PH again and Jeffress pitch an inning. If those thing happen I would be happy.
-
Glad Gamel got an AB. But since he struck out looking who knows when Macha will give him another one.
-
Bad throw by Braun, no doubt. But how Lucroy and Braddock let that get that far past home plate is unreal.
-
That should not have happened. Good God.
-
Weeks OBP is .366. I would say he is pretty good at getting on base.
-
Once again Gamel passed up to PH for Inglett. Screw you Macha!

Starlin Castro or Alcides Escobar
BrewCrewForever replied to DHarris34Phan's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Castro is more advanced at the plate right now, but Escobar has the better glove (though it is close). I think Escobar will improve at the plate and close the gap. -
Is it wrong that I am excited that next year at some point Rogers and Jeffress could be in the Brewers rotation? Add those two with Gallardo and we actually have some hard throwers in our rotation for once.
-
If they don't want to start Gamel, fine I understand Fielder, McGehee and Hart play the positions he can. But he should get 1 PH per game, at the least.
-
No kidding. I guess Gamel has put Macha in another zim-zam.
-
Capuano done? Seems odd, he has pitched pretty well, I don't think his pitch count was high. And there is Carlos Gomez with his pinch hack. God he sucks.

Will Gamel's 2011 be better than LaPorta's 2010?
BrewCrewForever replied to Crash2303's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Once again proving the tandem of McCalvy/Schelling for Brewers.com is way better then Haudricourt/Witrado for the JS. -
I understand that there are less of the Odorizzi. But if someone has an extra and they want a CC, they might be willing to do a straight up deal.

WMLW upgrading broadcasts next year?
BrewCrewForever replied to jeffy's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
I also emailed them and got that exact same response. -
I got an extra CC bobble from the 8/29 Brewers game. Would like to trade for an Jake Odorizzi bobble from the 9/2 Rattlers game. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks.

Will Gamel's 2011 be better than LaPorta's 2010?
BrewCrewForever replied to Crash2303's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
I don't care where Gamel plays, and I am sure Mat doesn't either. As long as he gets to start everyday and bring his bat, it's all good. If the Brewers think Hart would be better served playing 1B and Gamel feels more comfortable in RF, then so be it. -
I think Jeffress should start 2011 in the bullpen at Nashville. Then at some point get the call up to Milwaukee. In 2012 you get him ready to start in Milwaukee. Just my opinion of how I would handle Jeremy.

As far as WMLW goes, here is the email I sent them. Then the email they sent back. The picture your channel presents during Brewers broadcasts is probably the worst picture I have ever seen from a non local cable access channel. Tonight 9/1 the picture during the Brewers vs Reds game was probably the worst I have ever seen, it almost made your previous broadcasts look good. Why is it such a bad picture? Is there anything you guys can do to make this better? If I was you, I would be embarrassed at how bad the picture quality is. My hope is that the Brewers decide to broadcast all the games on FS Wisconsin next season so we Brewers fans do not have to deal with this garbage. Now the WMLW response: We wanted to respond to your complaint about the Milwaukee Brewers game broadcast on September 1, 2010. A piece of equipment failed at our transmitter causing the video to go dark. We apologize for any inconvenience this equipment failure caused. As we move ahead with plans for the 2011 season, WMLW will be upgrading its transmission to high definition. Again, we are sorry the problem occurred, and hope you continue to watch Milwaukee Brewers games on WMLW in the future. Thank you for writing.
