  1. Keep trying. There are still tickets available.
  2. It’s never really sold out
  3. Never thought about that. If the ushers are not checking everyone, SRO holders can kind of "create their own seat" in the bench style bleachers. I would be very annoyed if I had paid for one of those seats and that was happening. Even if they are checking at the top of the section all you have to have is a screenshot of a seat in that section. If they would’ve checked everyone in the row once seated there’s a good chance they’d have found duplicate tickets/screenshoots.
  4. I was in 204 row 1 yesterday. There are 27 "seats" yet there had to have been at least 30 people sitting in it.
  5. If anyone's looking for tickets for today's game still go to brewers.com and keep trying. There are tickets to be had at face value.
  6. I'd imagine they need to hold back tickets for last minute new SSH too.
  7. I got what I wanted. Loge Bleachers for games 1, 3 (6), and 4 (7). Rows 2, 6, and 1.
  8. If I go to a game by myself I usually watch the last inning or two in the standing area on the field or loge levels. It's a pretty decent set up. Buy a Uecker seat or a $5 Bernie's Terrace ticket and you can stand behind home plate for the whole game if you want. I'd imagine at a place like Yankee Stadium you couldn't even sniff a comparable vantage point for less than $100. But in a big game with people in the seating area standing up forget it.
  9. They'll be especially terrible when you're in the concourse area behind the seats and everyone in the stands is standing up. Not usually a problem during the regular season but there will be a lot of extended standing during the postseason and you won't be able to see jack if you've got SRO.
  10. Yes, the wider seats are by far my favorite part of the Club level.
  11. Tough to tell the actual availability since you've got a lot of people pulling tickets to see what's available, holding them in their cart and then not buying.
  12. I would never go to an event without a paper ticket for the reasons laid out above. Not really hard to print them. Edit: it appears that these barcodes are not available until cloe to gametime, so maybe it is a little more difficult to print them. I'm not familiar with that phenomenon. The new arena is pretty much all paperless except on a "case-by-case" basis You may have heard inklings during the opening days of Fiserv Forum that the arena was going paperless when it comes to your actual tickets – meaning they've all gone digital, with no more printed PDF tickets or anything like that. According to Jamie Morningstar, senior VP of ticket sales and service for the Milwaukee Bucks, they're far from the only place going in this ticketless direction, as venues and festivals across the country and globe nix paper stubs and PDFs. https://onmilwaukee.com/buzz/articles/fiserv-forum-how-to-tickets.html Now, let's say that you own a flip phone or your mobile device died while you were enjoying a beer before the game or you don't own a computer and you don't have a library card and internet cafes haven't existed since around Y2K. You can still definitely get into Fiserv Forum. "You can give us a call, and we have solutions for those folks. At no point is this technology meant to prohibit any type of person from getting into the building," said Morningstar, explaining that they can print off tickets or verify your tickets on location at Fiserv Forum for those in need. But they handle these all on a case-by-case basis – and honestly, that'd be more of a hassle than simply downloading an app, making an quick account and hitting a few buttons.
  13. I understand. I'm not trying to be a jerk. When I did it I had someone else looking over my shoulder. We ordered the WC game then saw the "order additional tickets" thing at the same time as I was thinking that it wouldn't make much sense to make us check out 4 separate times. So I can see someone seeing the seconds ticking away thinking they're not going to get any tickets at all and immediately going to the checkout with just the one game.
  14. No I'm good. After reviewing everything here I can see that the widespread issue was user error.
  15. What volumes of issues are you referring to. I mean it's OK that you screwed up the process but what leads you to believe many others did the same.
  16. Why would you want to break up your purchase into multiple transactions?
  17. Well you can start by sending me $3500 for a postseason strip, $1500 for next year's 20 pack, plus however much the maximum amount of tickets allowed from the SSH presale cost and I can make sure all those tickets end up in your hands. Then you can rest easy knowing it was that it was that simple to make sure a Cubs fan didn't get any of those tickets.
  18. That's similar to one of my early interacations with him. I was sitting next to him in the left field bleachers and he said "what are some of the series that the Brewers lost that they should have won?" about 100 times.
  19. Freeway is still seen frequently out and about wherever the MCTS takes him. He works at a place called Curative Care Network. He posts prolifically on Facebook and has around 5,000 friends. He won't be happy until the Brewers, Bucks, Packers, and Golden Eagles all win multiple championships with the fans rioting in the streets. He seems to be a little more into live music than sports lately. He regularly attends fairs, festivals and goes to bars to see bands and sometimes sings backup vocals. I believe Bella Cain is his favorite local band. His life's dream is take first place in the "Local Character" category of the Shepherd Express's "Best of Milwaukee" poll. He was third runner up behind John McGivern, Art Kumbalek and Milverine in the 2017 edition. And he already has his own bobblehead- http://www.bobbleheadhall.com/freeway/
  20. I don't know about you, but I was at Game 5 of the '82 ALCS. (How was the weather in Atlanta?) Come to think of the Braves got swept in 3. That's probably why game 5 was so cheap.
  21. Detroit Tigers' Mario Impemba, Rod Allen have 'severe' physical incident https://www.freep.com/story/sports/mlb/tigers/2018/09/06/detroit-tigers-mario-impemba-rod-allen/1210999002/ The contentious personal relationship between Fox Sports Detroit’s top two Detroit Tigers broadcasters, Mario Impemba and Rod Allen, has boiled over. The pair was involved in a physical altercation immediately following Tuesday night’s game against the White Sox, according to multiple persons with direct knowledge of the situation. The sources requested anonymity because they were not authorized to speak on the incident, which was described as "severe" by one person who was present. Katie Strang of The Athletic was first to report the news.
  22. That's the thing. The Stubhub/SeatGeek market is completely different than the scalper market and what's floating around outside the stadium on gameday. I went to the 2 games in '08. I shared a 20 pack so the chance to buy game 3 of the Wild Card was included with that. I think demand for that game was pretty high. Then game 4 it seemed as if demand went off a cliff as there were tons of sellers by Helfaer and I got a ticket below face. I also attended the 6 home playoff games in '11. I don't remember tickets being all that hard to come by. I think I paid above face for only one of the games. I also went to game 5 of the NLCS in '82. When they announced there were tickets available my cousin went down that morning and stood in line at the stadium and got 3. Left field upper grandstand, $15 apiece I believe.
  23. Yeah, definitely do some research before wandering into that place.
  24. and drinks SOL beer? And while having a stressful day in court is visited by Tubie, closes his eyes and says "Wisconsin Dells", and everything is right again.
  25. I think you could just screenshot them on your phone & text the photos to the recipient.
