Last nights Trats game was the first time I’ve been to a game in person with a pitch clock. The pace of the game was soooo much better. Was a high scoring game with a fair amount of pitching changes, plus a injury to a pitcher so a longer warmup, and was a 2:40 game. Churio looked the part, ball jumped of his bat, has some wheels, covers a lot of ground in CF and fast and aggressive on the bases. Made a real good read on a bloop to go 1st to 3rd.

I've used it with no complaints. I use it on my phone at times, but mostly on my TV through a firestick. I have never had it pause or glitch. There is a 30 second ad when you first turn it on, but for me they only play through about half the time. The rest of the time it will say "ad loading", then the game just pops up almost instantly.

6-7 RHP who hits 100 is interesting, sounds like a project. Same college as Ashby.

You don’t fire a manager without a better replacement, who replaces CC if you fire him now?

I’ve watched the whole game on Ballys on my TV through a firestick. Do you have a strong internet service?
  6. wildcat83
    He’s not, Caratini is catching

I have Rodon on my fantasy team, fully expecting the Brewers to light him up like a xmas tree.

He had to make sort of a sliding stop, so if he doesn’t field it clean I get it. Once you field it, then just short hop the throw, that’s an error. Home scorer I guess?
  9. wildcat83
How do they give Gomes a hit on that? Tough play but Adames needs to make that throw.

Struck out 4 times and had a great day at the plate, lol!!!!

Boxberger completely emotionless. Zero facial expression even, just calmly strolls off the mound, lol.

Feel like half the thread is complaining about Hiura starting vs a lefty, and he’s been on base twice, stole a base, and scored the only run.
  13. wildcat83
Capital effort by Rowdy to get down the baseline on that one.

It’s a Thanos glove, from the Avengers movies.

Be good to get Gott an appearance, especially with a 5 run lead

Actually had to look up who we sent to Toronto for Rowdy. Trevor Richards and Bowden Francis. Bowden actually made 1 appearance this year pitching 2/3 of an inning out of the pen. Has an 8.22 ERA in AAA this year.

That was a really really good bunt. Crazy how balls in play make baseball fun!!!

Yea, I can pause and rewind. I have a blue button that comes up that’s says “enhanced mode” and then I can. Not sure why it doesn’t just play in that mode the whole time…

Thank you Rowdy, now get someone up in the bullpen….

I try not to add to negativity in the IGT but I’m at my limit of being able to watch Kelley or Chi Chi. The numbers are brutal, they’ve been brutal for a large enough sample size that it’s obvious they are not MLB pitchers…. Beyond frustrating!

I signed up today, I think the price is fine, to me I’m paying essentially $1 a game. I have no issues with that. I have it playing on my TV with a fire stick. The stream has worked great so far. I did not get an ad when I turned it on. You get a 7 day free trial, so if your not sure your devices are supported, you can try it out and see without losing $20. I’m curious about how many streams you can have live. I’ll play around with that tomorrow and see. If it allows multiple streams it’s a really cheap price because you could share the subscription.

Honestly can’t remember the last time I saw a guy tag at first and take second on a fly ball to left. Yelich gave up that run with his arm, or lack there of.
  23. wildcat83
Why? Pretty strong reverse splits in his career… .200 vs LHP .260 vs RHP
  24. wildcat83
They only play at noon 5 times the whole season. That seems odd to me. I would guess in most years over half are noon starts.

Three brutal defensive plays in one inning. How is Urias grounder not an error? The “he didn’t touch it” argument typically only applies in the OF. You can’t reward an infielder for whiffing so bad that you miss the whole ball… Great time for Renfrow to be mic’d up yelling got it as he’s 4 feet from it.
