What an absolute joke, from this news to the absolute dumpsterfire that went on down at Miller Park in general. It's fun to overreact to game 1 of 162, but THIS is how the team comes out firing in response to what went down last year? Kendrick is a #5 starter at best on most teams. Where's all the folks that thought Parra makes too much money now? He's going to be in use early and often for us this year.

Once in a lifetime for us folks, enjoy every last second of the next 48 hours. We may never experience it again (74 years since the last trip). And beating Calipari's ass never felt so good.

Wouldn't mind having Maybin, former good prospect stung by injury. Not for Parra though, i'd throw them a peanut and see how desperate they are to move him. It may not take much.

Do you expect a new stadium to bring some excitement to the Bucks? The Bucks just have a weak following and in my opinion people in Wisconsin don't really care about the NBA. I don't even think they cover anything related to a possible new stadium where I am from and that isn't crazy far away. And the Brewers didn't before Attanasio bought them? If a mediocre baseball team can succeed (that hurt typing, but it's the truth), there's no reason that a successful basketball franchise couldn't. Just pull up old youtube's from the 2000 Playoffs if you need reinforcement.

Roenicke is living in the past. He thinks Aramis Ramirez took a time warp back to 2009 and is still a good to elite hitter. For how "great" Scooter is raved about as a hitting machine, doesn't makes much sense to bat him 7th to me either. 1) Gennett 2) Lucroy 3) Braun 4) Gomez 5) Lind 6) Ramirez 7) Davis 8) Segura 9) SP

Green on Green with a blaze orange alternate. Personally i think blaze orange would be genius, and would definitely get people talking about us...from anti hunters to the casual sports fan mentioning it to their friends (Think Baylor and their Neon)

I'm not so sure Showalter is a role player...I just think he hasn't had "his time" yet. He saved that game for us against UNC and seems to be very efficient when he's on the floor. It wouldn't surprise me if he becomes a very good player in a year or two paired with Koenig. He is a former player of the year and unanimous 1st team all-state selection.

I don't think so. We will need Hayes to play a great game & slow Towns down, but Kaminsky will school Cauley-Stein. Gasser will shut down Harrison. Dekker is unconscious out there, that fadeaway dagger was ridiculous tonight. If we shoot well, we can win. Notre Dame showed how you beat them tonight...make Stein and Towns roam...well we have 2 bigs that are deep threats and can do it. I don't think Traevon Jackson has had his say yet...he will hit a big shot(s) down the stretch to seal it.

One thing's for certain...Parra has more pride and balls than Rickie Weeks ever had. Unlike Rickie Parra is willing to do whatever it takes for the team to win, and also earn himself a little more playing time.

I'd say that qualifies as a "Bold Prediction" Look at Weisenburger's OBP skills (36 walks in 293 PA). Those alone are very impressive. He also threw out 39% of runners trying to steal. You want to fix first base if Lind's not good to go? Move Lucroy there, and have Maldonado and Weisenburger split time behind the plate. Maldonado may get the majority early on, but Weisenburger may be much better for the short term. Pardon me...but is Weisenburger some sort of a new racing sausage or something? Where did he come from LOL... I think Lucroy needs to be behind the plate for the majority of the time for now, he's too valuable defensively to throw it away. I wonder if we could get ahold of a John Jaso or Matt Wieters type next offseason and THEN move Lucroy to 1st...I don't see Maldy or Weisenburger being a long term answer.

Absolutely horrible idea to tell a young kid who likely has no stock experience to put his minimum wage money in a 3x ETF whose natural state is to decay over time. It will also likely reverse split sometime soon. At least if he buys AAPL its a good company who will not implode itself.
