  1. Which is a fail on Stearns part for acquiring a player who didn’t really fit on the roster. Yes. Fire Stearns. Why would you do that?
  2. Now can the offense do something or will his stellar day be just forgotten in the script of a loss.
  3. Which is a fail on Stearns part for acquiring a player who didn’t really fit on the roster.
  4. Everyone when Peralta came in, “YOU WANTED HIM, HERE HE IS.” “Thanks”
  5. This honestly feels like one of those games you keep hanging on by a thread and end up breaking out offensively to hand over to the pen.
  6. Don’t forget Jimmy Yep. This team could win a 100. Assuming we make some moves I like I expect to predict 101 wins for next year. They have a nice core and solid young guys.
  7. Well obviously you give him another inning unless he gets up to bat. Bottom of the order.
  8. Well probably Brad Miller. Late career Rickie Weeks was pretty bad too. 2013 Weeks He was never that terrible outside of that.
  9. I’m confident Braun will make me happy in this series that we didn’t trade him to the Dodgers. Just like Arcia is making me forget he hit like a pitcher all year.
  10. I mean he kinda dropped a ball in Game 1. I don’t want to say it was a bad play...but he kind of botched it.
  11. Doubt they were trying to throw low to a lefty. They typically get to that pretty well.
  12. Peralta can’t afford to get squeezed in his good pitches...he won’t fare well getting squeezed like that.
  13. Orlando Arcia won’t change. He might go on some streaks, but the end of the day he has no plate disclipine.
  14. He's been doing that a lot recently; the high pop ups. Must be a big believer in "launch angle" He is always like that.
  15. No matter what his stats are Gio is garbage. If he can go another inning and only give up the one run call it a successful day and pull the cord.
  16. I hate Gio a lot.
  17. MLB GameDay has Rich Hill as a “UHP”. I think that means he is throwing underhand today. If we rock him take note of GameDay predicting it.
  18. As far as I'm concerned, his slam off Bumgarner to give the Brewers that win against the Giants made the trade worthwhile, seeming that one game would have put us in the Wild Card round. Ortiz could develop into something, but I wouldn't say the chances are super high. Carmona is basically a shot in the dark, and Villar was a throw-in. Anything he does now is justification for bringing him back next year. He's got an All Star past and has shown the offensive ability to carry a team on his back. It's time to see it. Come on...you have to know it is silly to use one positive play to draw a conclusion, and ignore all other outcomes. That was +1 one game and minus 10 in the other. Yes I am exaggerating, but you get the point. That is just completely wrong justification. Now pointing to his past...knock yourself out.
  19. Their fans were pathetic. Quiet in a close NLCS game like it was some regular season tilt with the Padres. The only time they sounded like 50K is when they were booing their own player.
