Hoping for another pathetically weak crowd in LA. I get they got down early and never scored, but man they weren't losing by much and they had big spots to score runs...yet the crowd was pretty quiet.

That sure sounded like an exciting win...but it was the 1-4 49ers, they were at home, gave up 30 points, and needed Rodgers being insane down the stretch just to edge past for the W. That is pretty sad in the grand scheme when you have dreams of a Super Bowl.

The Brewers have won 101 games in this incredible year. If they can manage just 6 more wins they can hoist a World Series trophy. What really blows my mind is they only need a 6-5 record to do so if they so choose. You don't even need to be that good, just a little better than your opponent.

Think we could hang out with some of the guys after one of the games in Milwaukee? I will bring my own champagne bottles.

4 games remaining...all we have to do is basically split a 4 game series...that is it. So simple. I love their chances tonight and a win puts us up 3-1 and have 3 chances to clinch...two of those at home.

Why would they not use Hader? He threw like 8 pitches and it is the postseason. If we are gunning for a win I would expect 4+ outs no questions asked. There was no way they used Hader last night with a 4 run lead to make him unavailable for the best game on paper for us to win. If last nights appearance was going to stop him from pitching today Counsell would have just thrown him out there for another inning.

They are so stuck on the overuse of the pen its brutal. Typically they would be right...overusing the pen will catch up to you. However with that being said our bullpen is loaded with guys used to go multiple innings and they definitely were not overused during the regular season. They can't grasp the concept that our pen is not a normal pen. They also hate to even accept the idea we go "all in" on some games with our pen leaving it "barren" the next day. They also can't stand pulling the starter early, it offends them.

Hard to buy an out when you get yourself into a 3-2 count and have to throw a FB down the middle to avoid a walk.

I can guarantee that the postgame show will rip on the bullpen use and give no credit to the Brewers staff as a whole. I’m not watching that garbage again. They do it everytime. They will complain they entire time that our starter only went five and we used Hader and then say how we have two more game in two days. It is just endless.

As long as he is coming in for 2 outs I don’t care. If this is a 5 out save...slightly annoyed, but slightly understand.
