  1. I'd rather have Yelich hit here.
  2. It'll be a tough call but I'm guessing Voit sticks. At leas he has hit MLB pitching at some point. I don't think Perkins is capable of doing so.
  3. Gonna be a tough call between Perkins and Voit when Taylor comes back.
  4. I love the competitive 0-2 pitches from Suarez.
  5. Can't be that far off a throwing program then.
  6. Petty good news all around. I imagine Perkins goes for Taylor. The Houser decision clearly depends on what Rea does today.
  7. Not real encouraged by the early numbers for the minor league guys. Some good stuff to be sure but overall, not good.
  8. Trout is next level. I just hope for the ball staying in the yard.
  9. Agreed. 18-9 against a significantly more difficult schedule is at least equally impressive and not easy in itself.
  10. Kinda like losing a series at home against the Whit Sox...
  11. If I am the Pirates I at least have to consider that a) my offense is over performing (and possibly my pitching too), b) We lost Cruz but Milwaukee has had A LOT of injuries, c) Milwaukee has played the noticeably more difficult schedule to this point and d) Milwaukee gets to play those cupcake teams at some point too and they are right on our heels.
  12. This Burnes guy might make a nice second starter behind our ace, Wade Miley.
  13. That'll happen when the ball is smoked at 112MPH
