  1. This is getting beyond stale. He could be so much better if he swung at strike. Your Estrada comparison is pretty spot on sadly.
  2. Barring injury, it looks like that's how it would shake out. Does Woodruff start in the pen or take Suter's spot in the rotation?
  3. Per Jon Morosi via Twitter: Sources: #Astros, #Brewers, #RedSox among teams showing continued interest in #Tigers reliever Justin Wilson. @MLB @MLBNetwork
  4. Let's start another thread.
  5. Great. Hopefully that improves. His OPS is 1.038 in July and you want to bench that as the teams offense is on life support. They are on life support because no one can hit with runners on, including Thames with his .162 AVG w/RISP. The 18 ks in his last 9 games aren't appealing either. And Aguilar has an OPS of .927 in July and he doesn't get consistent ABs

  7. "I'll point you, once again, to his July stats and his overall. Why would he play less?" For starters, he makes Chris Carter look clutch. He has a .162 AVG with RISP
  8. I don't think it's CC's decision to make. That being said, this teams needs offense and a change up out there makes sense. Even though you're against playing Thames less?
  9. Hey, Keon and Thames are close. I can feel it. Keep trotting them out there.
  10. Well Knebel went form "too much rest" to unavailable in one outing.
  11. Davies at 89 pitches. I think I'd call it a night for him.
